Dolphin Fitness is an excellent company. Their prices are very reasonable and delivery is always quick. I ordered Xylitol which is so much cheaper than in supermarkets. (Total Sweet). I ordered late Wednesday evening and parcel arrived before Midday on Friday.

I just received my whey protein by post and the seal has been broken, it's half empty and clearly opened and used so I’m not happy especially in this time where viruses are flying around. This is unacceptable. My first and last order from this company. AVOID!!!

Excellent service. Was out when they were delivered but they were left in a safe place previously agreed by me. The price was good too. Oher companies charge a lot more. As I have to be permanently on these tablet its good to know I can order them from you on line, will be delivered quickly, have contact with you throughout and they are a lot cheaper,

Excellent service overall. I have done my homework really good before purchasing from Dolphin Fitness but they were the definitely the best option for what i was in the market for. The price was really competitive compared to some of the retailers who are increasing their prices due to pandemic. But given the competitive prices, everything else was perfect. Fast delivery and I was also given an exact time frame when the delivery will be expected. And as we are all shopping online for the last 10 months because of pandemic, this was the best packaging I have ever seen. Excellent pricing, excellent delivery and excellent packaging.

All well and good until they think they can make more money out of you. Cancelled one of my orders because they were (out of stock) went on the site to see it there only £20 more expensive and I had then missed out because they were out of stock. Complained and basically was told o well. Not offer to honour the price when they do come back into stock. Which just gives the impression that they only cancelled my order so they could hike the price. Spend your money elsewhere

Worst service ever!They charged my card but never processed my order!! I have emailing them over a week now and they said they would look into it, i have been chasing and chasing and I get the same answer telling me there was an IT Issue, but without any update as to where my money is! Now they have stopped responding to my emails and of course their phone lines are closed so i cannot even speak to anyone! so a week later i am about £28 out of pocket without the items I ordered and no refund.. seems like they are scamming people please be aware - something needs to be done about them!!! I have read similar reviews on trustpilot and money supermarket!!! they're a fraud!

AVOID this company, prices are good until you check your statement. This time we had evidence of the prices but are struggling to get a refund. Even have an email to say they change the prices between you placing the order and them charging your card (same day transaction).
