Thank you guys for getting me on the road again at short notice. I was stranded 100miles from home. Decent value and served quickly and Covid safe.
I had tried Kwik Fit first but the guy seemed to have an attitude problem and refused to help. He was particularly patronising too. I’m glad Gainsborough has a decent tyre business by the name of Dexel.

Had problem with brake warning light coming on thought it needed new pads on rear so booked it in .They rang me to say plenty left on the pads so cleaned and serviced well pleased they could have quite easily fitted new pads and charged me accordingly . They are totally trustworthy if work needs doing they advise it's done if it doesn't need doing they will tell you . Great job well done.

Booked car in for MOT they are very busy so book at least a week before you need your MOT arrived 15mins before appointment sorted keys and advised car would be ready in a hour you can wait but space is limited I came back in an hour and car was ready would recommend their service

I came in with an engine check light. They established really quickly It was the oxygen sensor and gave a professional opinion on what to do going forward. Punctual and helpful didn’t charge me as it was a small issue. Highly recommended.

Friendly people with great customer service. I'm not from the area and was passing through when I needed work doing on my car. I didn't get made to feel out of place and was treated as if I were a regular. Not being from the area I expected to get ripped off but prices were reasonable and the work was done fairly quickly and to a good standard.

I went there to fix my quite expensive alloy wheel which was bent. I was pretty sure it couldn't be fixed but staff has managed to fix it and it cost me just less that 50 pounds. Also I didn't have to wait days for an appointment. I called them and went there after the call. I was surprised how busy these guys are. This must mean something.

Woke up to flat tyre. Took it in, 20 minutes later said it was leaking valve core and was fixed. Put the wheel back on my car, the space saver back in the boot. No charge.

Dexels saved us this week when we had a puncture on the road into Gainsborough. They were with us within 10 minutes and we had a new tyre back and fitted fifteen minutes after that. We always go to Dexels for regular Tyre changes and checks. Excellent service. Thankyou!

I have my MOT done there on both my car and my wife's car every year since moving to the area.
They have a good deal online for MOT's.
I have also had new tyres fitted there with an excellent price.
They advise you if something is wrong or going wrong but don't put pressure on you to have it done by them.
Any work done, they explain what they found and what work they have done.

Use Dexel for MOT, servicing and tyres. Great service and team and trustworthy. Went in today as I had a low pressure tyre after going over a pothole. Checked it all out and reinflated tyre and confirmed no serious damage. 30 mins work and no charge! Was happy to leave a decent tip so thank you guys

Always busy here (good sign) yet the guys manage to get the car ready for us on time. Not used any other tyre centre for some years now. Might save a few quid elsewhere but would rather have a prompt, reliable service.
A big plus is that we never get the hard sell about other work that "might" be needed.
Good bunch of blokes.
