Good range of products and availability at a time when its challenging to source stocks of some items. Relatively quick delivery too given the extra heavy impact on home delivery suppliers right now. Very disappointed from the products and the service at all! Almost every time I order the product is coming damages of bag ripped off! Not giving care about anything. No reply to my emails and no answer on my phone calls! Maybe good price but careless service! Would not recommend to anyone!

Purchased a pair of Gorilla Bruce Leggings Size L for winter training. On arrival i discovered the seem on the right leg was burst in 2 areas. I asked for a refund.
I was asked to send photo evidence & Dolphin would be intouch.
After several emails Dolphin Customer Service still do not answer, no refund.

POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSE WHERE.

Have placed 15 orders in total the last 2 years and we had a few problems with products arriving later than it was due, or certain products marked as available when in reality it wasn't, orders arriving in 2 or 3 different waves... etc.
But we kept ordering from them regardless.
Until today.
I did finally complain yesterday in a very polite way.
Apperantly they are 'aiming to provide you with the best customer service possible'... well it's a complete lie.
It's one thing that they didn't even apologize, but they completly ignored that I even complaind! ????
So I had enough of bad service and even worse customer service.
Deleting my account.
I understand that companies are suffering this year, but that doesn't mean you can be ignorant and rude with the ppl you are getting your salary from...
The company is heading to the wrong direction with this new found 'voice'. Please consider changing your attitude towards your customers.

I have tried to message this company twelve times in relation to an order I made five weeks ago. I have received no replies or information via email on when this order will arrive. I truly understand post is slower at the moment but are they delivering by foot? I just would not recommend using them at the moment as I now have to go to the shops to get what I ordered. Perhaps they will get there act back together once restrictions are lifted???
