I’ve bought items from Dolphin Fitness on a number of occasions. They’ve always been of top quality and offered at the lowest prices. Their dispatch and delivery is rapid. Cannot fault the service I’ve received from this business, it’s always been first class. I’ve been kept informed of dispatch and given access to tracking the arrival of my purchase. Good selection of products. Use DPD for delivery which is great. They take slightly longer to dispatch the product than I would like (3-4 days) but other than that great experience. Have used them multiple times.

Great company, been using for years. Only problem with one order in last 5 years, a bag came split. I let customer service know and sent and pic, and they sent me a out a new bag immediately with next day delivery! Great service and you wont find better prices anywhere!

It was hell when lockdown hit, and resorting to delivery discovered that most of the organic food I need isn't delivered by Sainsbury's (don't they realise that there are certain subsets of products that if the product isn't available you don't just buy a substitute?)
I was complaining about this fact on one of my health forums and one of the other members put me on to Dolphin Fitness. Approached with trepidation, as a lot of English companies won't deliver to NI, but yes they do, and delivery at the same rate as rest of UK!
HUGE range.
Prices are very competitive, and if you are prepared to buy in bulk good savings. I've now repurposed a shelf in the spare room as a store cupboard.
One other big benefit for me is that because they are selling branded products that are prepacked there's no risk of cross-contamination. I've had this problem with other (some quite big) online sellers where they are clearly buying in wholesale lots of dry goods and repackaging into bags and stuff like rice can come stinking of herbs/spices that were also being repacked and drifting in the air. NONE of that problem here.
I have to confess that there was a niggle in my mind, given the prices, and we're so inundated with fake goods online, that the products weren't legit. However, as someone who is horrifically sensitive to a multitude of chemicals, I can confirm that I've had zero problems with ANY of their organic products. They are exactly what they are purported to be.
This is my go-to place now for organic dry goods.

Placed so many orders with DF always received items on time never late ect etc. I placd fairly big orders with DF as me and my friends always order together at once. Recently delivery times getting alot along and I was meant to receive my item today and its not turned up and tracking doesn't work. It may seen a over the top review but when your dealing in the fitness industry with BB's and you missing time scales its not helpful. Orders will be going elsewhere from now on

Ordered two Dumbell bars from Dolphin Fitness. found it a little strange that, these were sold as singles and not pairs. I mean, you don't see gloves for sale as singles or shoe's so why sell dumbell bars as single? never the less I found it easy enough to place my order that arrived, literally 18hours after placing my order so, I can't really grumble at the speed of there process. was over all a good experience and depending on what I need, I may use them again in the future

Avoid Dolphin Fitness! Cheap for a reason! I order a tub of Optimum nutrition Hydro Whey. After product not arriving and with no help from Dolphin Fitness, I managed to get hold of someone at DPD who informed me the van was stolen. DPD informed me that it is up to the seller to claim for the item. I have been trying to get a replacement sent out but to no avail. Unresponsive to emails. Refusing to call me saying that they cant because they are “working from home”. Terrible customer service team. Ordered item 20 odd days ago. £60 down and no closer to receiving the item. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I really like this company and discovered it completely by accident. Internet searching offered them up for a ‘Biona’ product I was after, otherwise the name, Dolphin Fitness, and initial pages listing supplements etc would never have brought them onto my radar. I’m very glad I found them though.They offer much expanded ranges than I can find elsewhere of all my favourite brands of organic food products plus lots of choices new to me and really handy in recent pursuit of a whole food plant based diet. I also got my environmentally friendly washing powder and washing up liquid! They seem to cover many bases with organic and environmentally friendly choices. They have been, and continue to be, a staple provider for me, allowing me to easily get the sometimes hard to find items I seek (and more), to avoid going into shops, having stock of all sorts of things available when others didn’t or don’t, no restrictive quantity limits that I’ve noticed, prices are good, service is great and deliveries have never failed. There have been a few minor problems with delivery packaging but the company has always sorted any queries speedily and to my complete satisfaction. I look forward to continuing to use the company, thank them for their great service and recommend them 100%.

It asks me to share what it's like right now, and right now it's not good. Still waiting for an order placed last month. I've been getting last minute emails to say things are not available. Cancelling them so that the rest of the order could be delivered hasn't worked as they still haven't sent it. And their website says that the items are in stock anyway.
They used to be a very good company to use. Now it seems to be ok if only a couple of items are ordered (may be tempting fate with that!).
