What a complete utter shambles of a court and judges which work here.
These people have managed to get 3 points put on my license which has been there since 2019.
I only found out 2 months ago...
Now your thinking so, what is the problem.
1. They never formally informed me in writing and I only found out via employer.
2. I was not driving vehicle and I was 20 miles away from location.
3. I have proof of location and witnesses.
4. I found out that someone else paid the fine.
I am sure this will not be the last time this will happen. What have they done about it all..?

I am curious to see someone that managed to get in touch with them... I think the only operator is on holiday 365 days a year somewhere on a tropical island spending our money. Pretty sure the pay is not low.

Upon receiving a letter from the courts saying that I MAY attend on the 8/12/16 for a BYELAW set by the RAILWAY lol... I'm going to have fun with this one NO CONSENT and trickery was played.. can't wait till the case

if I could rate 0 stars I would!! Absolutely horrendous service. Got a ticket which wasn't for our vehicle and end up having to pay 1121.00 for a mistake made by the system. got all evidence collected and sent to them special delivery yet still no contact! I work in customer service give me a job you wont need any other operators!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Desperately trying to sort out court paperwork and details, spent a week calling with no answer, emails that get ignored and on the 1 occassion I did get through on the phone, I was told to email because it would be quicker!!
Appalled at how they treat people that are going through a stressful enough time as it is!!!!!

I was told to call Lavender Hill by the fines department, i call.
The phone rings and rings and rings. Eventually picked up by someone.................................. in the fines department.
They said it was diverted too them and try again.
Repeat for an hour a day, 3 times a week for a fortnight.

I don't know who works here or if anybody does for over a week now I've been trying to get through to the court and no one is answering the phone 1 hour ans 40 minutes on hold 3 times plus no one is answering emails so I don't know what's going on in there is missed my case because no one is doing there job

Council Tax monies, being used to take Disabled & Mentally ill to Court for loss of benefits, Skulduggery & Shameless behavior by Wandsworth Council & This Court, No recordings, No one able to give evidence at a trial , Closed Court rooms & Magistrates not oath & Cashing In on people being made Homeless, Bloody shame on you , you have blood on your hands, 68,000 Suicides Since benefit cuts , 4,444 in the Borough this year, State sponsored Murder !
