Waited 25 mins for manager to get there to open his store on a Saturday morning. Obviously couldn't be bothered to get out of bed! Left in the end and came back later. When I explained that I had waited for ages for them to open up in the morning and that it had cost me time and money, just laughed and offered no apologies. Appalling customer service! I'm a trade customer and I'm seriously considering switching to another supplier.

We have been using this TP yard as are main builders merchant for a while now, always a laugh talking to the yard lads and the staff inside the main shop, there is plenty of stock and most items that are not or have sold out can be ordered for the next day. Also do a delivery service but at the moment they only have one driver! Could do with another large delivery wagon!
