Drove ten miles to buy central heating programmer and two cans of paint which according to their website, this store had two cans in stock.
Found the DCH programmers but unfortunately they were covered in RFID tags and security devices which made it impossible to read the technical specifications on the rear of the box so as soon as I got home became evident that this is not suitable so now I've got another ten miles round trip to return it.
And as for the paint, yes you guessed it, they only had one on the shelf as opposed to the two shown in stock.

Travelled all the way about 25 miles to the Leicester store only to find that the item was not available. Website indicated they had stock, even customer services confirmed that the store had it and advised me to go to the store and get it off the shelf. Store manager informed me that they had sold out some days ago. A wasted 50 mile journey for nothing.

I'm giving them five stars, because they go out of their way to help and if you make a mistake you can take goods back to change or for a refund. (In saleable condition of course), good selection both for trade and DIY.

I wanted to exchange a tub of paint which I brought just a day before, unopened with my receipt. I asked the customer service assistant if I could exchange it for a different finish but in the same colour. She just gave me a mouth full of reasons, oh it's the same stuff... it's just a different designed tub... then another customer service assistant bloke came and he started the same rubbish and wouldn't want me to just go and have a look. As a professional painter and decorator, them telling me what I need more like they need to know what you call good customer service.

One of the newest wicks in town. It's very quiet hence I like shopping there. Can be bit confusing as some items you would expect to find in different sections and few items from same category are split and displayed to far apart from each other. Good level of customer service.

I wasnt at all impressed, they didnt have a few different things i needed. Had to get alternatives and soend quite abit more for example an extra 15quid on the wheelbarrow as they didnt have the 50ltr one in stock despite it being shown as 4 available on line they sell plasterboard fixings and then not the size 15 drillbit u need to use them?! On gettin home noticed that the wheelbarrow is already corroding underneath (they are stored in the outside section of the store disapointing and annoying!!!
