I as anyone ,who is searching for the best cyber security training facility the money can buy , did my research and the name Firebrand kept coming up . Thus I looked and researched in depth about Firebrand and everything that was said about Firebrand Training Centres was true . From the beginning of booking the course till one passes the exam .From the telephone inquiry/booking (Baldeep Chandhoke ) which in my personal opinion was as professional as they come, very helpful and genuine . Baldeep could not do enough for you , even now after all this time since I passed my C.E.H exam ,calls me and asks how I am getting on and if he can do anything to help . Training Centre was great ,very accommodating and very helpful . The Instructor was Dimitrios Zacharopoulos another great guy ,very professional and friendly . The facilities were great . I could not praise Firebrand (specially Baldeep Chandhoke and Dimitrios Zacharopoulos ) enough. If there was ever a score to be judged by, I would give them 11 out of 10 . Very impressed with the whole experience .Big thumbs up from me .

I have followed the PRINCE2 and Managing SUccessful Programmes courses at FireBrand. Both times the instructor was very knowledgeable and the pacing good to get through the course and qualify. Boot camp is not for everyone but I'm a convert to getting qualifications in a short period of time and using time at work to build the experience and skills to go with that.

I used Firebrand Training to gain my CISA qualification, realising I was not getting anywhere with home study. I did a three day intensive course. The accommodation was great and really conducive to cramming for the exam, which I passed first sitting, thanks to the training. I would not hesitate to use Firebrand again and have recommended them to numerous colleagues, when asked what I did to obtain my CISA qualification.

I attended the Azure 70-533 Firebrand training course on the 9-11 Jan 2017. I was severely disappointed with not only with the course but also the after care. Firstly this was a 3 day course and the very first day day was wasted due to the course material being out of date so I spent, with other course members over 12 hours trying to follow the lab material which didn't tally with the scripts etc. The next day the course tutor, who did know his subject pretty well, and Firebrand onsite manger apologised and were then able to download the latest and correct labs by the early afternoon of the 2nd day. This of course meant that the whole first day was loss and also part of the second day. I was therefore not able to take the exams, on the last day, as I expected and now have to do my own studying. Firebrand did apologise, as I said above, whilst I was onsite, on their course, but since returning home, no one has contacted me to say what they intend to do to rectify the situation and make things right. To me that is actually the worse part; knowing that no one from Firebrand has contacted me to say what my options are and how they intend to compensate me. I have to now go back to them to discuss this. Since my previous post above, which I made a few weeks ago; I have since been in regular communication with Firebrand and after airing my grievances to them, concerning this matter, we have now come to a mutual and amicable agreement, which I am happy to accept. This agreement means that I will be taking the course again, at no charge, including accommodation and they have also offered me some additional training days as compensation. Considering all this, I have now improved their star rating.

A joke of an apprenticeship provider. I had first learned about Firebrand training via a Facebook post, after liking and sharing it, I was contacted and offered a range of courses upwards from 5K to begin my IT career. Being unable to afford this, I was instead offered an adult apprenticeship, after a career in marketing I was open to this and very much looking forward to beginning my career in IT and with an apprenticeship I would have the mentoring and support needed to change careers. What I experienced however was the worst communication and complete lack of care, structure and empathy I have ever experienced from ANY company, let alone one that would be responsible for helping people begin their careers. This joke of an organisation could not run a bath let alone an apprenticeship, they had broken the legal requirements regarding minimum contact with said apprentice more times than I could count through my entire horrible experience of working with them. My apprenticeship was to become a network engineer, something I have always wanted to do, however to begin with I was placed on a support service desk, and left there for the duration of this sham. I had complained multiple times, however 8 months later, I was still in the same place, doing the same thing, every day, with no learning, no qualifications and nothing under my belt relevant to the profession I was to begin. Firebrand offered nothing in terms of support or solution, and I was left in a miserable position for more than half a year. My "Mentor" was in fact a lady who popped by for ONE meeting throughout the 8 months I had stuck with the horrendous contract and conditions of my "Apprenticeship." She was more interested in another apprentice that they had placed at the company, and I won't mention her by name as I don't put it past these people to sue for Libel. It is also worth pointing out that she was only ever in contact when Firebrand had documentation they wanted signed by me, and when I had complained outright about my situation, this mentor asked for my manager's phone number despite assuring me that they were in constant communication before. To have seen my mentor for a single meeting in 8 months is despicable, horribly organised and illegal. I have no interest in lodging a formal complaint with them as if their complaints procedure is anything like their organisational structure I would have a less stressful time chewing rusty staples. Said meeting only occurred because I requested the quitting procedure. When I had complained via their "Apprenticeship Portal" and sent an email to my lax and uncaring mentor demanding to know their complaints procedure, my entire profile was instead deleted from the portal and communication cut off. I had to email the company directly to chase this up. As mentioned before, I won't do a formal complaint now, because I just don't need the stress and want to put this horrible experience behind me. If anyone is interested in a company that offers courses even without apprenticeships, there are plenty of other companies available, like Just-IT, even with an unfinished apprenticeship under my belt after I had flat out quit from these jokers for my health and sanity, they had within a week placed me at another company in a full time position and better training as part of my contract than Firebrand ever did. Avoid. This. Company. I'm only rating it one star because I have to for the posting button to appear.

Great experience, first time here and also the first course outside the country where I live and work. Very intensive learning process but exactly what I prefer to do. Spent almost 80 hours studying in 6 days.. and passed both CCNA ICND 1 and ICND 2 exams! Had already some basic knowledge, but without my teacher Dave Petts, i wouldn't have achieved my goal. I have great appreciation for his teaching skills and am looking forward for the next Cisco course at firebrand UK !
