I am delighted that I have had a change to learn English Business Etiquette Skills with Emma Dupont in Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel. I have been trained in the fields of both social and business etiquette. The trainings have always been very informative and awareness raising. The locations of the training place is an advantage of its own. Emma is definitely a professional in her area and a very good teacher, but she has also a very warm and stylish personality.

Each lesson was an immersive trip in the British culture of Etiquette, deeply interesting beyond any imagination.

I am blown away by the quality of the online course and by Emma's unique approach to etiquette and elegance. I had the good fortune of completing both (i) the Online Etiquette and Empowerment Course, and (ii) a two day one-on-one private coaching session with Emma which focused on the modules that were my highest priorities.
I can honestly say that both of my experiences exceeded expectations. The online course is detailed and imparts a great deal of information. Moreover, the modules are wonderfully formatted (with videos, pictures, notes, and quizzes along the way) so that the student is in the best position to retain the information. For somebody who is short on time or who lives abroad, rest assured that the online course will teach you A LOT!
However, in-person is where Emma truly shines. Not only does she exude elegance, but she is so authentic and personable -- I felt as though our time together just flew by! She did not make me feel as though I needed to "present" myself as somebody different from who I am. Our sessions together included a mix of note-taking, role-playing, and videotaping. These materials are now a treasure for me, as I can often revisit them to remind myself of the concepts covered.
Participating in this course and meeting Emma has truly been a highlight of my 6 months in London. Despite the ongoing pandemic and evolving regulations, Emma remained professional and patient throughout the process, doing everything she could to arrange a solution for us. I am so grateful to her and look forward to keeping in touch as I carry her lessons onward!

It was a such wonderful experience for me. Emma Dupont always warmly to melt your heart. I never been taught life should be more details, everyone deserve to be respected and cared. Every little thing can have big change, whatever in your career, family or others, to become a better me it’s what I am looking for. I am honestly recommend the course to everyone who want to be ‘better me’, and I am truly personal think everyone should be taught in this way.

Emma is a very charming, shining, extraordinary English lady, in every sense! This is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about her. I have had the great pleasure of knowing her for more than two years. When I first met Emma, she was having one of her fabulous etiquette sessions. We booked a dining etiquette home session and while we were excited for it, it was even better than we were expecting. Emma explained the difference between etiquette and manners, which was very interesting, and at no stage did anyone feel uncomfortable. She helped create a lovely atmosphere and shared some really fascinating points about the origins of etiquette. We all feel a lot more comfortable about eating at fine dining establishments and fancy gatherings now. Would highly recommend for everyone, really!

Emma's etiquette classes are simply perfect: it's difficult to find someone more professional and friendly than her. Family Twist is dedicated to families traveling to Europe with children, and Emma has been a perfect fit for the company in London.
Learning while having fun is what it's all about, and thanks to her interesting and fun approach , both adults and children have a wonderful time. Flexible and understanding, she is also a wonderful person to work with. If you are looking for a high end Etiquette Class, Emma should be on top of your contact list!

Emma recently led The Sunningdale Academy’s Table Manners and Verbal and Written Etiquette classes for our Little Ladies and Little Gents courses (ages 7-12).
From the moment I engaged Emma to lead the sessions, she was nothing but professional, sincere, understanding and flexible. Emma’s sessions were engaging, active and hands on and the children very much enjoyed themselves. Emma equipped each group with a fantastic set of skills that will no doubt give them confidence in many social situations going forward.

I completed the 3 day course with Emma and it was one of the best investments I ever did. Emma is super friendly and makes you feel confortable enough to ask questions.... you learn by doing it, not only on theory. To call Mrs Dupont an ettique teacher does not do her experience and skillset justice.
She is a one-of-a kind lifestyle coach, a motivator, a mirror of self reflection. Her charming personality makes her very approachable and her extensive expertise in all matters communication and public image keep you hanging on to her every word. Not only does she provide you with an incredible amount of knowhow, she also manages to personalise this and target any blind spots or personal improvement points you might have in her one-to-one sessions.
Could not recommend her enough, and for anyone that has been to a course I can definitely say booking a one-to-one session will make a very unique, insightfull impact.

I took the Ladies Three-Day Ettiquette & Empowerment Course and absolutely loved it.
My favourite things were the personalised feedback and Emma's approach to training. Throughout the course we had plenty of opportunities to put into practice the skills we were learning, and Emma was always there to give us encouragement and constructive feedback. She was also always willing to answer our questions. I felt it was like learning a language - one can learn the basics from a book, but practical experience and guidance are essential for making it natural. I definitely could not have made this a part of who I am from simply reading an ettiquette book.
Emma also focuses on enhancing our natural grace and elegance instead of producing cookie cutters. I actually left the course feeling more like 'me', as I had slowly lost the social/situational discomfort that I think just came from not knowing what to do.
Overall the curriculum was highly informative and relevant to my life, and the classes were well-organised and encouraging. Truly cannot recommend enough.
