Horrid. They always lose documents even when it has been posted to the Court via special delivery and signed for. They really need to get rid of the appointment system as well.

Phone lines do not work. Fax doesn't go through. correspondences are not received. When you go there in person, there is no proper customer service. files are mishandled and misplaced.
