This council deters anyone from visiting the area- every time I do, they always find a reason to give me a parking charge notice - they have insufficient signage on roads to increase parking charge revenues- a bunch of white collar crooks that create negative karma for the area

Worst communication in the history of every council ever. I tried to give this zero stars but unfortunately I have to give at least one. Impossible to get through to anyone and you will be given the ringround by machines for hours. Terrible, terrible, soul-crushing service. I pity anyone who ever needs social care from this council.

Regularly 15 to 20 minutes to speak to a human it's one of the worst services I have come across always long waits multiple menu choices that repeat the same mindless messages all designed it seems to stop anyone making contact with anyone assuming every one has Internet and a computer I feel so sorry for the elderly cast aside and unable to make contact
