After turning up with awful tooth pain, Dr. Charlie fitted me in within a short space of time. He was so professional and sorted the issue out straight away. However while i was there he recommend an Invisalign treatment as my teeth were pretty gappy, within 6 months my teeth were straight and i had a new found confidence with this amazing smile. All in all, an awesome dentist who has time for every patient. Throughly recommended!

I am over the moon with my Invisalign results. Wish I had done this treatment sooner because the results are just fantastic. The clinic is clean and the staff are just wonderful. From the lovely receptionist to the wonderful dentist who was so patient with me.

Great clinic!!! Dr. Charlie was amazing, he was really professional, friendly and patient. He explained me every single problem that I had and then he recommended me the best treatment options. During the treatments and after I didn't feel any pain at all.
Everything around was clean and sterilized and all staff members very polite and friendly as well.

I was on holiday when I had a fall. I chipped my front tooth. I was always unhappy with this tooth because the corner was turned outwards. But I was worried now because there was a big chunk missing and I thought I would lose it!!!
I found these clinic in google and they fitted me in the next hour. The women dentist dr Glonar was very kind and caring. She gave me tissues for my tears and very gently looked into my mouth and comforted that everything would be ok. I felt nothing during the work. And when finished I looked in the mirror, it was amazing, my tooth looked better than before and looked straight with the other teeths.

I decided to book an appointment for this dental clinic after seeing all these 5 star reviews - but now I have clearly realised these so-called 5-star reviews are all fake reviews - they are not genuine. Those female staff at reception are horrible - they are so rude - when I entered their clinic, they did not even welcome me with a "hello'' - one woman looked at me like I am an alien. When these women see a white patient coming in, they give them a big smile - when they saw me coming in, they looked at me in a strange/weird way like it's their first time seeing an Asian person in their whole life. These women certainly need to learn some manners. What's more, I was clearly confirmed about my appointment by message - but when I arrived, the reception woman was so confused and did not even know what I came for. We all have our work stuff to do - indeed I was late - I was 10 minutes late but no need to be so rude - one woman shouted at me saying I am 30 minutes late (What a terrible arrogant liar) Such horrible women receptionists - would not come to this clinic again that having such bad quality staff. And one woman on the phone she was talking so impatiently - hung up before I even ended my words. Can't believe these horrible & rude women who have no manners at all even existing in the UK.

My experience here was 100% easy, positive, friendly, and successful. I woke up with a cold sore and my lip was so swollen. I went to work and researched the best treatment and laser came up as highly recommended to get to the root of the virus and kill it.
I found EGO on google and spoke to someone immediately online in an instant messenger. Within minutes she booked me though their website and I was there getting treatment by lunch time. I had Dr. Charlie carry out the laser treatment which took around 10 minutes- pain free, and Dr. was very nice and professional (only £55 for full treatment)!
Long story short its a day and a half later and you can't even tell I ever had a cold sore. Will definitely come back and HIGHLY recommend this office. Thank you so so much!!!

The reason I been twice to Ego Dental Clinic for treatment is that is THE BEST dental experience in finding solutions with exceptional results!
Charlie has been phenomenal, his honesty, patience, and experience make him very capable in finding solutions with beautiful execution. It is really rare to find a dentist that actually cares and comes from a good place. The location is central and fabulous which helped me come to the appointments.
The first time I came to EGO Dental Clinic was for an emergency with a broken tooth which happens during my lunch break. As a result, my tooth was not only broken it was also cracked quite badly (from stress and other factors) and went a bit below the gum line.
Most dentist will suggest to remove it since is a lot of work to put into it, however, due to Charlie's expertise and attitude he was determined to save my tooth, and that was what I wanted the most.
He had to laser a bit of the gum, root canal treatment, remove as many cracks from my tooth as possible without breaking it. With help of his ultra-modern equipment and knowledge, he could make the right choice to save my tooth. I had also put an Emax crown which feels and looks like a real tooth and in my case was the best solution.
My second time coming back, was when my old silver crown which I had from years back fell off. It was such a relief to go back to EGO Dental Clinic, confident that something would be done. This time around my tooth was also cracked from grinding and stress I had to almost to go through the same processes, and thankfully everything went accordingly.
It is a ginormous difference having an Eamax crown compared to a silver one, it feels like my own tooth which is super weird, but it is really pleasing to literally feel where your money has gone to.
If you want excellent service, honesty, professionally skilled team and modern technology to back it up with this clinic is the place to visit *****
Silly as it may sound this experience has been life changing and I am extremely appreciative that I was able to keep my teeth twice, THANK YOU :)
