Terrible service, food just thrown in the box, order completely wrong and a half hour wait for them to actually get it right on the third attempt.
By which time, all of the food was stone cold.
And their response, we do apologise but mistakes happen.
£20 later and chucked it in the bin due to being inedible.
Total waste of money and time.
Avoid it.

Thought I lost my handbag there this morning when using the self-scan tills. The lady on customer service suggested I check with security who was able to find the film of me at the till wearing the bag. I then knew I mislaid it in my mother-in-law's house. Went back and found it! Thank you Asda!

It's an ASDA. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. This one is pretty big and unusually hostile to customers - they shut all the most convenient doors at 9 pm, for example, but it's still better than Sainsbury's.

Some staff are lovely others look like the world has ended but kinda understandable
It's a very big store but old
toilets are often broken and questionable smalls emanating from them
Cafe is handy and simple food is offered at good prices
You can top up gas and electric and being a 24 hour store except Sunday trading means you can top up pretty much anytime
Cashpoints outside
Has a good pharmacy couldn't rate them higher matt esp is amazing
It also has an opticians staff there are also very nice
Handy selection of clothes aswell

Asda , really? We shop here everyweek as we're local. Not a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables, and this? You sell very old, disgusting ready food, even a pig won't eat this. Very disappointed. We'll definitely drive farther and go shop in morrisons for better quality food. ????

This asda is my favourite it's got 2 nice big car parks, with car wash people who do a good job. The store has a george clothing department nice and big lots of choice, they have a cafe and pharmacy also. The store is always well stocked and clean, the staff are polite and helpful and if you go on a Wednesday you got the market on.

24 hour store so popped in around 22.30, had to navigate around cages of stock blocking isles but no staff, got to the till and only one was open so went to a self service till, the till would not recognise my bag so I just had to stand there like an idiot and wait while the staff finish thier chat. I decided to go and use the only checkout that was opened only to be told the cashier was closing. So I left my trolly and walked out. One of the ladies working on the self service tills made a sarcastic comment thanking me. I will not be shopping in the evening again. The shop is fine during the day.

Shop floor assistants are generally clueless. Fish monger attendant is never anywhere to be seen. Home delivery is hopeless...always late and with plenty of odd substitutions and cancellations. We tried online shopping at the Tesco in foots cray instead. Won't go back to asda. So far tesco online has been spot on!

Optical department is diabolical. Middle aged woman employees who couldent care less about you. They have hundreds of glasses on display, however only 10 are in stock and you have to guess which ones! Took 8 weeks of waiting to get my glasses after not bothering to tell me that my glasses were discontinued after 4 weeks! They never pick the phone up and when they do you get "hello" not optical department they keep you guessing that you have rang the right place!

Friendly staff at the checkouts going out of their way to make conversation. However the shop is let down by less than great quality produce but that is a normal Asda. Some of the customer are terrible shouting the most horrible things to each other. Best to cover the kids ears if any of that is going on when you visit.

Decent sized super store and center of Swanely, 2 large car parks. 24 hours opening makes it very convient for local residents.
The store contains a hot foods canteen with affordable hot foods such as Pizza, hotdogs.
Also there is a fairly large George Clothing store and a lock smith inside.
The store can get pretty busy, also questionable local youth sometimes hang around outside of it during late evening hours, this includes the carpark late evenings.
Avoid visting the store on Wed , as weekly Swanley Market brings many people looking to take advantage of the free parking, causing overcrowding.
