Good b and q, large and good selection, great garden section at back, too. Hand gel at the door for covid security. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Great choice of everything! Was really impressed, however, with me too much of anything is not a good thing. Hahaha!

It's large, has a decent range. The majority of the staff are your B&Q norm, couldn't give a toss but I must say the guys working the paint mixing were really helpful, prepared to listen and advise on the range of paints to achieve best …

We've been to this B&Q many times over the years... Nothing has changed much from what i remember, they still sale pretty much what they've always had. The place itself is nicely size, so i'm sure you'll find what's needed. Staff have always been good, they try and help as much as they can. Can't go too wrong.

2 tills open. 28 people in the queue. And that’s pretty normal. Also love having to scour the car park for a trolley first as they don’t bother collecting them. Big store and pretty good choice hence 2 stars.

Probably the biggest b&q in the area Has good stock of most. Would give it 5 stars but the wheelbarrow i wanted was all dented so picked a different one . All seemed fine loaded some paraffin into it then noticed a click from the wheel had to go back and change it for a different one.

There is a lack of staff in this store. Despite the size and quantity of products available there is "never" anyone to help you. The location of the store is fantastic really close to Ikea. The parking lot is very large. Unfortunately they …

Good selection, staff helpful. People seem to stick to social distancing and mask wearing. Also fairly spacious store so plenty of space for keeping your distance.

It's great, the location is ideal for me and many others I really enjoyed going to the garden section and pick up flower and plants of choice as they are left open to a suitable environment

Staff pretty helpful, unless they have no idea, then they guess. Just tell me you don't know, I can respect that. Save us both some time.

FAKE REVIEWS, the review is for all b&q and not just this store. Fake reviews of products at b&q. I wrote a critical review and gave it one star, they emailed me saying they cannot put this review up. That means b&q only shows good reviews …

In out no messing about. Queue seems long but it's quick, you can swing a elephant, it's so big. Love it and the staff are super helpful and the security. Even offered me a face mask.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you need to return/exchange something, don't bother! My advice is to go to a different branch where they will at least listen to you and work towards a solution. What Happened: I …

Dreadful customer service and the tills were so busy. We asked for someone to mix paint and waited 15 mins no one showed so we walked out and went to the best B&Q in New Eltham where they are always happy to help

We always used to come here for our hardware and materials but have, since a few years, been using other outlets connected with my work. There was something about going in this store that was happy and enjoyable. Odd but true.

They have a wonderful indoor and outdoor plant selection, having just been to the plant graveyard that is IKEA, coming here was great! Plants are decently priced and they had a good variety. I picked up some inch plants and an autograph tree!

Be aware of last checkout near the door when you pay by phone or card if it takes a while to process and comes up cancelled or declined. Then when you pay again it shows up as taking 2 payments from your bank account. They need a new card machine it’s not good to inconvenience customers in this way.

It's a big branch with very good stock of items. Like the free timber cutting service (limited to 4 cuts) for timber bought in store.
