Fairly good produce,the store is clean with wide aisles so you don't feel claustrophobic and they have a wide variety of produce at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful and the car park is massive and it's free to park for a couple of hours so what's to complain about? Would have given 5 stars but the restrooms are a bit grotty and smell ,they could do with being refurbished and being given a good scrub.

Nice big store with two car parks. The prices are better than other supermarkets. Staff are generally helpful. The clothing have missing sizes and are generally very messy, this makes your feel your shopping at a jumble store. Good for a big food shop.

Not enough parent and child parking, needs to be far more provided.
The shop itself is nice, shame about the swanley chavs that go there, they don't understand how to social distance or follow the arrows on the aisles. They're a bunch of selfish ignorant idiots.

Asda is a nice supermarket, the staff are always friendly and polite, never rush you on the tills and the merchandise is generally good quality. Bargains to be had in store which is always great.
Parking is generally OK apart from Wednesday when the market is on so best avoided if you hate waiting.

My mother is disabled and we always have to ask for someone to open the disabled checkout for us which is usually done without a lot of fuss. Sadly on our last visit we were questioned on how my mother was going to pay for her shopping because according to the assistant we spoke to - Danielle - she wouldn't open the till unless we paid by cash because she was not going to just stand there. My mum is 82 and this confrontation truly upset her.
