Reasonably priced, not the cheapest (you need Aldi for that) not the dearest.
Keep an eye on the best before dates as I've seen out of date items on a few occasions.

Awful customer service. Paid for photos to be printed, were told they're ready to collect but we needed to bring the disc with the originals as they were copy written, which is wrong, they're not! But we took the disc only to be told that we still couldn't have our photos of our daughter which we had paid for as we didn't have an email from the person who took the photos! Never had this problem anywhere before only Asda. We wanted a refund but we're told it was a separate company who decide if we can have a refund. NO I paid asda, you owe me a refund!

It said online it's the biggest Asda, which is a lie. I went there yesterday not only one lady was so rude to me at check out, but the store is Nothing bigger than the one in Isle of Dogs. The clothing is no bigger range than anything, and like food wise they do not have wider range... very disappointing and waisted my time and money going there.

I shop online with them and gets delivered from.this store is appalling indo a month shop and when it's delivered not only am.i getting silly subs such as yeast powder instead of marmite etc. They give me short date items that go off the same day as it's delivered or the day after yet I'm.paying full price for out of date or short date items. I think they need to keep short date stuff for instore and reserve long dates for online shoppers

Rude disgusting old man that Asda allow to represent their store as a security guard. Insuatinted I was a thief based on my attire (I was wearing a cap) and was embarrassed in front of the entire store as he demanded to see my receipt for 2 goodfellas pizzas. Extremely rude and unpleasant and I shall be complaint to their Head Office

Not funny at all we are in england for over 4 years and when we went to this store to buy a bottle of vodka we been told by some girl that we can not buy it because we dont have passports ?? Even when i show them my id card and driving licence that lady just refuse to serve us .. never happen to me before in any other stores .. this is unreal !!

In Store the staff seem willing to help, but today I want to comment on the click and delivery service. Generally if the store doesn't have the product you desire, there is a choice for a Subsition, in my case I do. So when I ordered a 1kg beef joint, I expected a subsitute if what I wanted was not there. How hard is it to subsidise this Item? It's apparent "very' with the Pickers of Asda. When my food delivery came, there was no beef at all, I questioned with the delivery driver, he had no clue apart from direct me to the customer service, not from the store. I contacted them who made an incident report and refreshingly accepted to hold on for her to call the store for an explanation which I must say was the poorest excuse in the book. Their reply was they found my order difficult and couldn't subsitute the weight if the meat! What absolute rubbish Asda! Like I told the lady on the phone, why couldn't they put two small meats together to add to the weight value? (In my opinion, probably because it would cost them more!) I also commented had I go to the store myself, I bet I would find something, and guess what? The next day, Saturday, I found my joint that was just over 1kg! Shame on you Asda. I rely on your service as I have a disability which restricts me doing it myself. I hope this experience can be learnt and better training on your Pickers Please.

The store is fine asda cafe however closes when the cafe staff think fit they make sure there is nothing more to sell before 6pm by 10 past all the chairs are on the table so no one bothers to walk in ive tried to get anything to eat in there 3 times this week and they have nothing a few times last week the same ive seen on many occasions customers be turned away at the same time as me asda must be a rich firm to pay for a team of staff to do nothing.
Bring back the old asda cafe better food and much better staff i was a regular then but there's not much point me going in after work now.

One star is too much as a rating for swanley Opticians, never answer the phone, miserable staff, leave you waiting at the till, and don't phone to let you know lenses have arrived after two weeks of waiting. Beyond terrible customer service! If you don't like your job find another is my motto!

Shopped on 10/4/17 at about 16.00 found gaps on shelfs, so some food I couldn't buy and shelfs looking untidy, staff uncooperative, didn't care. Is Asda closing down. Toilets out of order as usual.

Placed an online order on 21/08/2015 recieved email confirming the order, Home delivery between 8pm and 10pm sat in waited till 10:32pm no show, called customer services and told your order has been cancelled ?
Sorry cancelled, Why cancelled, not sure sir would you like me to re-order for you. Forget it I will take my shopping else where.
In this day and age with Supermarkets all wanting your business I have gone back to Sainsburys never had a problem.
