That safety Marshall person at the front of the store, reminding people to wear their masks, or wear them properly, helping people, looking after people's kids and trolleys, putting up with attitude from people who say they are exempt, you are the real underrated hero. The amount of resilience you show and your continued positive attitude is a real asset to this store.

Great supermarket. Lots of different variety’s in there. There are clothes, food, deli, meat and fish counter, bakery. I would definitely recommend going to this store especially on a Wednesday when the market is outside. There is also a cafe in Asda but I haven’t tried it yet. Majority of staff seem nice

Didn't feel safe shopping at this Asda store compared to other stores like the Asda at Greenhithe. Staff and manager must try to do better. I'll be shopping at Tesco in future.

I wish I could say it was a good visit pretty much no staff wearing mask if they did have them then they were under their nose or on their chin.
To top it off the only way into to the store is to walk Infront of a guy busting out classic power ballads sing right in your face by the entrance! Surly Asda understand that there is a pandemic going on and maybe having a guys standing at the front doors singing in your face is not a great idea or maybe just maybe they don't worry because the supermarkets will always stay open.

We wanted to purchase our shopping through self service, the self service till we went to wouldn't scan our items, the assistant that was on was unhelpful and didnt know what to do. We suggested to the assistant that the scanner wasn't working and that we would try another till, the reply back was it was an nationwide error with paying with cards but our items that we want to purchase wasn't displayed.
We then had to call over the manager ourselves who was also very unhelpful and told us the same thing. Another customer assistant suggested to him to put announcements out to the customer to advise about by card issue that they had and that customers would have to pay by cash and she was ignored
While the other person that was with me went out to the cashpoint to get cash eventhough we have been to pay by card due to convid19 other customers were purchasing there items paying by card payment.
So there wasn't any issue with card payment it's just they didnt know how to operate there self service machines.

We used to travel specifically to shop here to make use of the huge selection and good prices but since covid we decided we will not be back. A large proportion of staff and local clientele were not wearing masks or keeping their distance.

Went into the store on my way to work for a couple of items. Unloaded my shopping and waited whilst the check out lady had a nice long conversation with the customer. Still waiting...…
The customers shopping was on the 'belt' waiting to go through and eventually the check out lady started to scan it

Then the customer wanted to use a gift card. Check out lady put money on it rather that taking off for the shopping!
Supervisor called, she didn't know what to do
No acknowledgment that I was waiting or even existed
They then called another supervisor, so now 3 members of staff trying to solve the issue.
I took my shopping off the belt and put it in my trolley ( still no "sorry about the wait" etc)
Went to another till and paid
I go in this store once a month at the most
The members of staff 70% of the time are either chatting or are quite rude.
I asked for a price of a reduced item once and the lady said" I don't know"
so I had to ask if she could possibly find out!!!

Asda Swanley is a great shop plenty of parking spaces open 24 hrs on the week days. Sells almost anything at reasonable prices, wheel chair access if you haven't got one they will lend you one, pharmacy cafe public toilets like I said this place has everything worth a visit.

Do not go here. Not covid safe at all!
Not a single member of staff was wearing a mask or distancing themselves and at the self checkout the girl working them was clearly sick coughing on the machines and near people.
I attempted to call to complain about that staff member in particular but the phone lines are horrendous and wouldn't put me through to anyone.

So big and amazing has everything I need no complaints just compliments up stairs and down stairs is so colossal could live in their it's bigger than an enormous house lots of varieties and bakery is lovely all the things there is amazing clothes is really good for all ages haven't tried the restaurant but other than that it is great

I had to go to asda yesterday for essentials in this worrying time. I would just like to say how professional all the colleagues in the store were. Even though they were only letting so many people in and out the store at a time the security staff were handling it fantastically. Superstore with toilet facilities and a wide range of groceries range, electrics, a small pharmacy and optician. Customer service is barely average. Scan and go available with fast track self checkout at both ends of the store.

Functional. Bought small microwave. Shall see how long it lasts. Needs an update. I went when it opened many eons ago and I don't think it's been updated since. But served its function for me today. Glanced at the linen and frankly thought never, really tacky and cheap designs.
But if you only need basic that's what you get.

Very disappointed this past weekend. I ordered my shopping online to be delivered yesterday, Sunday at 2pm. Whilst I was waiting I checked my texts only to find my total order of £99 , my monthly shop, had been cancelled that morning. When I finally got through to someone they said it was due to problems with supplies. Totally frustrating. Why aren't supermarkets limiting purchases by panicking shoppers?!! I have been too ill to get to the shops.

Great place to go grocery shopping. The shop is large with lots of variety in products. You can find almost anything you need. The customer service is very quick and helpful and lines are almost never long.

The little restaurant in Asda is awful, I tried to come couple of times for food but they never are able to do any of the menu apart from couple of portions of pizza. Horrible service. ASDA market is fine, but the restaurant deserve 0 stars, sorry.

It has a wide range of different food and items for your home. Although not an extensive range of home items given the size of the store. I find Asda a bit expensive so do not shop here frequently. Does aid you in completing a weekly shop without having to go elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
