went looking for a backpack - the range online is much better than what's instore - staff- though trying to be helpful - were not aware of what was online and looked at me blankly when i asked to view the 'mountain hardwear' range i'd seen on their website - the stuff instore is functional but nasty ugly looking and quite expensive - went over the road to north face and immediately found exactly i was after for £20 less.

It was a bit pity that the lift was out of order as I was with my wheelchair. I got back later that afternoon using my sticks only and it was a bit too hard to get up and down so I got a bit too tired. I was advised to go to another shop which had the sizes needed but there was not a lift available, that is to say at Piccadilly so that was extremely tiring.
