I can’t say anything bad about this shop. Sebastian gave me really good advices on what gore tex jacket to choose for my South America travels. I love when shops are employing people who know a lot about their job. And Cotswold outdoor are one of those.

A lot better than the Branch in Garath Lane London.
Unfortunatly the Covent Garden Branch has only a very few Parkas to choose from.
Staff however are very helpful and polite.

As a person who loves being in the great outdoors and a bit of a gear geek, Cotswald Outdoors is a fantastic place in which I could spend hours in. I find it great how staff have expert knowledge and label themselves so they are easy to find. I talked to a great member of staff who expertised in RAB, which was very helpful. My only criticism is that some of the shelves aren't very organised, making our slightly difficult to see the whole array of stock.

Excellent customer service, went here for hiking gear, the staff in the shoe area were well informed and knew how to test the shoes. The guy at the tills helped me locate some items I had searched for online and could even recommend similar products. Definitely recommend coming here to get kit for outdoor activities.

Really knowledge staff, who themselves have an interest in the outdoors and regularly have tried the products. Prices are fair and discounts are given if you're a member of an outdoor organisation. Only let down is that the range of certain products can be quite limited.

Not too bad, but like many of their stores it's under staffed.
You'll also notice that many items don't have prices. Guess by doubling whatever price you think it should be.
At least they sell quality brands here unlike the nearby budget outdoor store.
