Great, was picking up something reserved online, so was in and out within 10 minutes, the female and older staff members go out of they want to help you, the younger ones..well too much trouble and very little knowledge springs to mind

First visited B&Q Newhaven to by stair rail listed on the website. Newhaven don't stock it or even have a sample. Told to order on line without seeing the product. Went to the Brighton store loads of choice and full range available. Everyone very friendly & helpful. Won't be wasting my time with Newhaven again.
