Went to complain about a gazebo that I'd bought there. The weld had come away . Spoke to the manager and he was extremely helpful. I returned item and bought a different model of gazebo, which is so much better. Thanks to the manager recommendation.

I like shopping at B&Q, however I do get a bit frustrated when items I want are either missing or misplaced.
I would like to suggest that staff spend some more time in checking stock.
Apart from that prices are competitive and staff are helpful.
