I bought some Valspar paints from B&Q which unfortunately caused more damage to my walls, I contacted the customer services in Valspar but they didn't own it and sent me back to the store and after explaining what happened to the duty manager Dan, he not only refunded the money I paid for the paints but also gave credit compensation which I was very happy with considering it is not their products.
Very impressed with the service and thank you for understanding.

I have been to this B&Q in Shoreham before compared to the one in Brighton and it’s a good location since it’s close to McDonald’s and the Lidl store. Right near the seafront too on the A259. A few mins away from Brighton and Worthing by car and train.
Gave this 5 stars and a solid 9 out of 10. ????????????????????????????

Too many people just window shopping, couldn't believe how busy the shop was, many people with no masks or sanitising on the way in. I was shopping for painting tool for work most of the rest were just having a day out with whole families.. Unbelievable, not impressed

9 Sat morning, quiet. Had bags of cement I needed. Clean and tidy. Little confusing with the layout, arrows on floor in parts of the shop. Staff member on power trip trying to organise but overall good
