Working in the area recently I was without my van and needed a few bits and bobs for a job. Bryden's were amazing. They had everything I needed to finish my job round the corner and also had other things that i couldnt find locally in the bigger chain DIY stores. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can not say "Thank you" enough to Jackie in Brydens. I went there yesterday to purchase a shopping trolley as my one had broken after only one use ( I didn't get that one from Brydens May I add ) Jackie was so helpful. She spent a while figuring out how we could repair my trolley which she did by fitting a universal clip onto the wheel bar. She was so very kind and helpful. I have just moved to the area and this was my 2nd visit to Brydens and both times the staff have been so very kind and helpful... One VERY happy customer x

You get DIY stores all over the place. However this place i recommended as they are brilliant. If you don't know they will help. They will go beyond to help and they have most things you need there. They are also very welcoming and funny. Fantastic service. Why aren't they all like this place. Masive thumbs up to them and they have me as a customer till the end.

Bryden's is one of those places that seem to have just about everything. If they haven't got it, the knowledgeable staff are very helpful in suggesting where you might find it, or another way around your problem. There prices are extremely competitive as well, surprisingly often cheaper than the DIY stores. This is the sort of local shop we really ought to support!
