Nothing against this particular B&Q but I’m really angry about the order I placed online. Day before delivery they sent me half the money back with no explanation and then a time slot for a third of the order. When your trying to build your …

Made a delivery to this store in my artic. Turned up at 05:00am and they were ready to tip me which I thought was amazing! Didn't take to long. About an hour to tip a double decker. Tight 180 to turn round but other than that, good store to deliver too.

Efficiently arranged queuing system to get in & they've provided umbrellas for when you have to queue in the rain. Signs in different sections could be bigger so easier to read. The queue for the tills is a little tight when it gets …

Although I didn't find what I went to b&q for (bird seed!!) I got a non-slip door mat (for tiled floor) that I had been searching for, at a really good price. The lady at the check out was polite and friendly. Great experience!

I love B&Q. They are friendly and helpful and mixed the perfect colour paint for me recently. Their click & collect service is quick and efficient. And as a UW customer I get an additional 4% discount on everything so all round very happy customer.

Some of the aisles are quite narrow ie paint brush more control over the number people allowed in the aisle at any one time.

A great B&Q store that had loads of parking and well stocked. The layout doesn't seem to have any logic to it (basins and sinks on the other side of the store from plumbing). This store has a superb cutting service for getting certain hardware pieces cut to size.

This B&Q is very nicely organised and has a good range for most tools you'd need during your DIY project. I found gardening, building, painting & decorating stuff. Prices are not the best I'd you're looking for a small item here and there, but they're not terrible either.

They are a very friendly and helpful crew at the Burgess Hill branch. As we come out of the lockdown you'll notice the trolleys and baskets are scrupulously sanitised and the aisles are clearly marked with direction arrows. I enjoyed being able to order online, and then click and collect. Great service. Great staff.

Great for what you need, but tradepoint for builders a bit of a joke. Always used to get at least 10% off now 5%,now much prefer Wickes with 10% off all for trade
