Sadly I never had a good experience here. When I ask for advice on postage options the staff I have spoken to seem to prefer to make me feel stupid rather than understand the question/help. Not outright rude, just a condescending and superior attitude and lack of customer service. Their covid adaptations are ok though.

One member of staff (think its the manager) is always very rude and argues when I try to post anything or get forms that can come from the post office. I now go to worthing or goring as the staff are nice and always help.

Without doubt the heartbeat of Broadwater. The team here could not be more caring, helpful or attentive to detail, even at peak busy times (and believe us it gets busy in there!) So refreshing in this modern world to have such old school values and a welcoming atmosphere.

One of your employees are very very rude , not answering at the customer question in regards with money gram transaction, if she get that job she suppose to know to explain what the customer needs to do not to kick them out and said " I don't know , have a look on the web site , next please ! "

I always find the staff condescending and pedantic. They are rude most of the time apart from the lady with long blonde hair.
Don’t attempt to make polite chat because they aren’t interested in anything other than the transaction.
One of the staff wouldn’t help when witnessing a road incident on the parade and is particularly blunt and self assured.
A gaggle of particularly unhelpful women who rely on berating customers to appease their own unhappiness.
Delightful selection of cards though.

I always avoid this post office now purely due to the condescending staff who work in there. I have spoken to quite a few people now who purposefully never use this post office because of the way the women speak to them at the counter. Rude, belittling and obnoxious staff who will most frankly be putting the place out of business if they don’t change their attitude. The only exception is the staff member with longer blonde hair as she is the only nice one in there.
