Such a good find! Went into Vodafone on The Kings Road with a phone that had stopped working. While they were very polite, they couldn't fix it, so I took it into iSmash and within one minute they had sorted the problem. The phone shop was just about to send it off so thank God for this place... Lifesavers!

My phone screen was cracked last week.
I was so scared to leave it with the shop to repair it.
Luckily I found ismash while I was googling.
Took it in their Victoria branch.Within 2hours was repaired.
Their technician fixed it really well that if you see my phone ,you do not noticed that has been repaired.

Brilliant store. I used the Manchester store in the Armadale. Had a cracked screen on an iphone6. It was fixed within 45 minutes, the staff were really knowledgeable and helpful, advised a screen protector and to be honest works better now than it did before. Highly recommend.

All they did is replace parts of my iPhone that needn't be changed and had nothing to do with the problem (iOS-related). They will try to convince you of other unnecessary changes (claimed my perfect screen should be replaced!). Awful, deceptive, and over-priced. Don't go.

This shop is so efficient. My repair was surprisingly quick, my phone feels brand new, it's even cleaner than when I brought it in, and really I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
