When I first knew that I would have to be the one to deal with my Aunty Pegs funeral, it bothered me a great deal, but I should not have worried, from the first phone call on the day that she died Peter put me at ease and from then on in everybody has been so professional helpful and kind. Firstly this is a great idea. Unfortunately my mother was kept in a mortuary for weeks. Even now we have not been notified of her cremation even though we asked to be notified. We just hope it has happened.

What a good service . I can not recommend them highly enough. If there were ten stars or even 100 they would all be ticked.
I did contact another company and they had a whole list of additional charges including one for returning the ashes via a delivery company. NO SUCH THING WITH PURE THE PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE ANDIS PERSONAL , PROFESSIONAL & DIGNIFIED ( there is an additional charge for out of hours collection but that’s it)
Sadly we have had to use Pure twice within eight weeks However on both occasions the staff on the other end of the phone and the front line staff have all been fantastic. They are punctual caring and supportive. The first time they said they would arrive between 00:30 & 01:30 they arrived at 00:35 and that was after nearly a 200 mile journey
When my fathers ashes were hand delivered back to us they said they would arrive between 14:30 & 15:30 again they arrived by 14:40
We have already decided to take out a plan with them and we know of at least two other people who are considering doing the same
Shop around by all means but you won’t find better

Mum passed away on the 19thDecember 2019. Pure cremation picked her up from the resedential home she had been in for a short time and returned her to me on Thursday 19th January. I am extremely grateful for the help, support and total respect the team showed not only to my mum but also my family keeping us informed throughout the process. A stressful and upsetting time in our lives was handled with care and took all the usual steps usually taken to arrange a funeral away from us and I will be always grateful for that. Mum and dads ashes now back together (dad died 7 years ago) will now return to their birth place to be scattered together for all time. Thank you once again for all your help.

For anyone who is considering using Pure Cremation I would say, please do it. I cannot fault them. They exceeded all expectations and I could not be more delighted. They made the process so simple, I did practically nothing. All their staff have been kind, professional, warm and friendly. Even arranging the delivery of ashes was a pleasurable experience. They deserve more than 5 stars.

The staff at, and the service provided by Pure Cremation have been amazing, from first contact through to delivery back to me of the ashes. Always respectful and sensitive, my questions were all answered with dignity, even out of hours. Every step needed was clearly and simply given, and each response/return of documentation was confirmed. I cannot praise them highly enough. My wife wanted a no fuss or fanfare funeral and Pure Cremation were able to give her that final wish. Thank you so much.

Everyone at Pure Cremations was so kind and professional throughout. You made a very difficult time much easier with your very professional, respectful and dignified service.
At all stages from the first conversation, the two gentlemen who can to collect dad from our home assuring us that dad would be looked after and taking him away with such dignity, being kept informed, answering any questions I had; to dad’s final journey… the cremation and the return of his ashes.

A last minute rush for a friend who passed away, pure cremations were amazing, I cannot in any way fault the professional care and assistance I received from them. We have been so impressed we have purchased two pre paid cremations for ourselves. Pure Cremation was 100% wonderful.
The cost was good the easy to follow options were really helpful to me I felt so alone thinking of what service or type of cremation I could have for my lovely mum.
Every staff member supported me through this .
I would recommend this company .
This has made me realise I need to forward plan and purchase a funeral plan for me so my Adult Children feel supported as it will not be a cost to them.
Such a personal service and my mum was delivered to me by Paul who took time to talk to me .
I would be happy to be interviewed about how it was a positive experience and ending to my dear mum.

A close friend had requested that he be cared for on his death by Pure Cremations. My experience was that the whole procedure was handled very well with kindness and dignity. As many of my close friends are also looking towards direct cremation i would certainly recommend they contact Pure Cremations to care for their wishes.

I recently used Pure Cremation for my late husband. He had expreseed his wishes to have a 'simple' cremation, with no embalming, followed by a celebration of life service in church. Pure cremation enabled this to happen, and made the process for me, his grieving widow, as easy as possible.
All staff who I had contact with were professional and empathetic. From my initial phone call to Pure Cremation, while my husband was receiving 'end of life' care in the hospice, to returning his ashes to me at a place, time and date of my choosing, your company were amazing.
My husband died young and our 3 sons had never been to a funeral, let alone that of their father's. So to have his ashes, and not a coffin at the church service, seemed less brutal.
I would highly recommend this company and indeed feel this is a new and better way of treating a loved one, once they have passed.

From start to finish I had a positive experience. They collected my dear husband from the nursing home and told me when he was cremated and then delivered his ashes to me ina lovely box and the gentleman who delivered them gave me some very good advice on what I should do with them, otherwise I would have been doing something against the law if I had gone ahead with my initial thoughts on their final resting place.
I am so impressed with their service that I have told many people who were not aware of anything other than the conventional funeral. I would certainly be willing to be interviewed regarding the experience.
