A lesson learnt...
They offer excellent and tasty variety of sweets and savouries.
However not all staff seems to be well trained to manage customers (one of them was rude to an old lady who forgot to wear inside the store). The same server was inept in making Bhel Puri when I ordered one.
What I got is attached in this review.
I read them highly for most of the food items they have to offer. Perhaps an untrained personnel messed up my Bhel!!!

We purchased lunch this morning, asked the lady to warm up the food for us. Very sad it was not done properly n we had to settle for we got. We are elderly n hoped we will be served properly.

I tried the online order from them and found the sweets to be good and fresh .... tried kaju katli pedas and kaju rolls and some other assorted Mithais and found them all good ... the delivery was also next day so quite impressed with the speed of delivery too

Excellent overall service! As our office sites are closed due to COVID19, I couldn't take any Indian sweets during Diwali this year to share with my colleagues. So I checked with Pooja Sweets, placed some online orders to be directly delivered to my work mates. My work team members received the sweets in 2 days after I placed my orders and they were very happy to enjoy the Signature Barfi Collection :) Great ordering, delivery service, great quality of sweets and flavour collection! Will definitely order again and recommend
to anyone who likes Indian sweets or would like their colleagues to try awesome Indian sweets. Thanks!

Nice sweets as always and good snacks (punjabj samosa, paneer wrap). Their ballushahi is great as well. Only think I am missing is the North Indian style rasgulla.

Most savoury dishes are very good (4-5 star every single time). Tried Bhel for first time, extremely poor. Ingredients stale and poor taste, ambli has way too much sugar to try and hide the taste, e.g. sev was at least several weeks stale. Better to remove dishes from menu that are not popular than serving stale food. Spoils reputation of top quality to save a few pounds, not worth it

No social distancing around 8-10 people inside and long queue nearly 30-40 minutes of waiting and above all asked for Punjabi samosa when reach home if found they give patti samosa and that’s was so oily ,first visit will never go again disappointed had high expectations

Freshly made savouries and sweets. Before lockdown, I would have visited every Saturday to pick up my families' favourite savory pieces to enjoy with some chai. Was a great time to spend with my parents.

I Just want to let know , i bought jalebi today , when i reached , i just opened the box , very bad smell, when i call and spoke to the staff ,regarding for jalebi that its is very bad smell no one can any single pieces, please guys at the moment covid situation . Amazing food, too many items to list but my favourites are the Dal Kachoori (savoury Lentil balls, I think it translates to that) and the kaju katri (sweet flat almond bite size pieces, very nice). I have added pics of the lentil balls and the almond bite sizes.
The service is always good, can be busy sometimes but that’s because it’s a popular place understandably and many customers buy numerous items pick and mix style to take to their friends or relatives. Worth waiting as they have an orderly queue setup.
Highly recommended if you enjoy Indian sweet and savoury snacks.

This place is super for their very clean vegetarian sweets and savouries throughout the year. All their dishes are always fresh. But if you are going there for your Diwali sweets and savouries then make sure you set aside enough time as the place is super busy due to its reputation and quality. At peak of Diwali there are nearly 30 people waiting in the queue outside the shop! It's on the main Kingsbury road so make sure you find suitable parking. It's very near Kingsbury tube station. You will not regret buying your food from here. Go on give it a try!

Indian sweet anyone wants to buy, it must be Pooja sweet. Good quality and comparative price with other sweet store is cheap. Hygiene at store is good and this place is also crowded on holidays and peak hours.

Disgusting behaviour. Serving out of date savoury snacks. Purchased three different savoury snacks and all of them are stale and out of date and is seems like old Oil has been used to fry these. As food In these sort of places is not regulated properly they take advantage of selling things that are out of date. I will never go Poojas ever again.
