Checked and replaced my car battery which had been playing up on and off for some time. Also had a couple of other queries that they helped me with (bike rack for the car and bike stabilisers). All staff were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?! Thank you very much :)

Came in asked for a battery asked mark who was standing by the door he went and got a kid to help. After 5 min on till he took me to the MATS. After explaining it was a battery he finally got ma a price which was not competitive. I decided too get a charger and then waited in line for 10 min with one person on the till a many staff chatting and not helping customers Lef the 75 pound charger at the till and left

Why would you go anywhere else?
Do you want great products sold by enthused staff that naturally give their best everyday? Pete for bulbs last time (still has knuckle skin I believe) and now Jimmy just made it an absolute pleasure... Thanks guys... And girls.

Halfords generally come with a bad reputation when buying bicycles. In this store I was assisted by Hollie with patience and kindness. I had to return a bike that was not suitable, it was not a good fit for me and I couldn't pedal it well. Hollie was so helpful in finding a replacement, and talked me through the different bikes in the shop even allowing me to take a bike down to the staff car park to try it out!!! Often when things go wrong we are quick to complain, but when things are put right without question and with such expertise, it brings with it great support as a customer. Hollie, clearly knows her stuff, and my new bike is set up perfectly and to my liking.... nice work Halfords.

Needed new wiper blades and blades for fog lamp wipers. Guy called Billy fitted them for me and the fog lamps needed blades cut to size which he did effortlessly. Also needed replacement HL bulb but that was not possible on this visit. Then it started to rain. Super Halford s service.
