How dare you attempt to charge a woman to take off lugnuts when a she had a flat tire ( in the nite ) near you. You asked if she was okay but then tried to charge 5 pounds to loosen lugnuts? Meh...wouldn't recommend. Take your car somewhere else

excellent customer service, while check done, gears indexed and new chain fitted in 10 minutes or so while I waited.
Really good staff.
Second visit same member of staff (young lady in the cycle department) fitted a new tyre and inner tube, 5 minutes job done.
This is an excellent store for customer service.

Just had my 'Winter Car Check' done by a lovely guy called Jimmy, who was so kind and helpful. I usually have the free one but this year chose the £15 version. Virtually everything checked; oil, water, anti-freeze, lights, battery, tyre depth and pressures (mine needed inflating!) and screen wash, which they topped up. Jimmy also cleaned my wiper blades because I said they made a scraping sound on the windscreen; they don't now!
For a single woman who has no-one to do these jobs, this car check is a god-send. My 14 year old Micra is very reliable but it's good to have the basic things checked over before winter; bearing in mind my monthly trips up the M25 to Twickenham to see my elderly Dad, it makes me feel a lot safer knowing these checks have been done. I highly recommend this service!

The shop was very well organised. I liked that they had a good number of staff working in the day. We had to wait in the queue but not too long. Because there was a limited number of clients in the shop, the staff was able to spend all the time necessary with everyone.

RUDE and ABUSIVE staff lead by a rude and arrogant store manager Mark, I was swore at, shouted at and threatened with violence in front of other customers by their technician Jimmy, he started that by telling me DONT COME BACK and then started the verbal abuse, as I challenged him for lying. On the plus side they were happy to take £180 of my money though!!

Mark the manager was extremely rude. He wasn’t just rude to me but also another customer who was a male. So obviously not rude just because I was a woman.
I’ve heard from staff how he bullies his staff too. He also deletes any bad feedback to do with himself, but will lay into his staff horrendously if about them. Vile man.
I won’t be going back there anytime soon.(Stevenage)
I will go to Welwyn garden city instead.

After ordering online for next day collection, we were called in the morning to advise that the bike had a number of bits missing and would have to be re-ordered for Tuesday. Calling on Tuesday to confirm i was told that it was on the build sheet for that day, even though no build had been requested. No apology for the delay of 5 days already!
When the bike was finally ready we arrived at the store and asked by the lady at the door "why are you here", "to collect a bike we advised" - this was found INCREDIBLY RUDE. We went upstairs and told the guy at the bike desk what we were here to collect, he radioed through and asked for the bike to be brought up. After waiting for almost 20 minutes the same guy noticed we were STILL there (no other customers there at the time BTW) and asked if we'd received the bike. "No, no one had been out yet" He radios through again, and after a further wait a young boy comes up with the bike. As he was running it through the system i checked and noticed that the bell i had also ordered wasn't included and he then had to go and find one. He asked what side it should be installed and i just assumed the right hand side would be correct... (It wasn't until out of the store that my husband noticed that the bell only dings one way, so would have to be removed and put onto the left). Zero apologies for the delays and waiting around.
When we finally got the bike home for my daughter to ride, the tires were flat! They needed considerable inflating in order for her to ride. The sticker on the chain guard is also badly bubbled and it doubtful will last the season. The stabilisers were also installed at differing heights and one wheel so loose that it almost came off whilst my daughter riding.

Collected a new bike from them. Got it home and the tyres were inflated to half the minimum pressure. Inflated them, took it for a ride up and down the road and within 30 seconds the chain came off. Took it back to be repaired, found out the brakes were not set up properly, no reflectors fitted. The chap who helped said the person who ‘built’ it had missed lots of things. Said the gears were fixed, tested again same thing happened. They ‘fixed’ it 4 times and in the end I got a refund. They even replaced ‘faulty’ parts and it still wouldn’t work. This suggests that the parts were never at fault, only the bike technicians lack of skill.
Would not recommend going there for a bike.
Waiting on refund now.!
