Have now ordered a few products from CineGearPro and they’ve been great. Kept me updated on when items would arrive as some were on back order. Very helpful sorting out a new firmware for a product that didn’t work as expected, new firmware sorted it. Overall super impressed and prices are competitive too.

incredible service, even in lock down they responded quickly and even though I changed the potential order several times they stayed with me and helped at every turn. Ordered and paid on Wednesday and kit arrived on Thursday! incredibly quick turn around less than 24hrs even in lock down is staggering. I cant recommend them enough, great service well done guys.

Do not rely on this company if you need your equipment to arrive on time (if at all). Bear in mind this review is for their website - the in store service might be fine. I placed an order on 29th August for some items that were in stock. 1 week passed with no contact and no dispatch. On contact I was told that there was a stock issue, the stock was arriving the next day, and they would be dispatched the next day or at the very latest on the Monday. I ended up placing a second order for something else that was showing as in stock so that it would hopefully get delivered around the same time. Another week passes with no contact and no dispatch, for either order. I chased them up and had the first order marked as dispatched and delivered, but the items from the second order arrived instead. The only reason I can assume this was done (since that's not how picking and distribution systems work in a reputable company), was to not make it look like they've taken over three weeks to fulfil the first order. I could be wrong, but considering the lack of professionalism shown thus far I wouldn't be surprised. I chased again three more times in the past week, and got back two apologies, and then no response. Still no dispatch, messages seemingly ignored on Thursday and Friday. Conveniently for them they don't contact on weekends. Bear in mind that these items have still been showing as in stock when I've been contacting them. Considering that you have to book an appointment before you can collect items from their store location seems to back up the idea that they are dropshipping items and don't actually carry a proper stock. To be in an industry where your customers rely on this equipment, and to have such poor communication and lack of transparency with them is unacceptable. I'll no doubt get another pointless apology as a response to this review, again with no clear indication as to when my items may finally be dispatched or a reason as to why they don't feel customers should know when or why there is a delay. Go to CVP, go to PROAV, go to BPS. Do NOT go to Cinegear Pro.

Great, fast service when ordering our equipment. Needed a lighting set up very close to our shoot and their swift service made sure we had it in time. During the shoot, one of the lights became faulty (no fault of cinegear) and the exchange for a new one was very easy and we had a new working light within a few days. We will be back for some more gear soon!

So I ordered a Nucleus-M, 3 motor follow focus. I paid for it in full and Cinegearpro very quickly transferred my money into their account. They told me on purchase that the third motor would arrive a week later. Three weeks later, and with no motor in sight, I asked for refund on the motor which they agreed on. Ten days later, no refund. In the end I did get the refund and the original problems were down to Tilta, not Cinegear pro.

EDIT 2: I have received the correct lights successfully and I am happy with the product. The lights took a total of 3 weeks to arrive and I spent a number of hours resolving the issue. The team were apologetic, but did not offer anything additional as goodwill for their mistake or compensation for the time I had to spent rectifying the situation i.e. messaging back and forth, packaging the product that needed to be returned and visiting the post office. I felt like I was more proactive in resolving the issue than the staff. Nevertheless, the service wasn't terrible and the product and price were good. EDIT: Originally I left a positive review. However, upon receiving my product (Bi-Color fresnel lights), I have opened it and found out that it is not the version I ordered (it is the much cheaper Daylight-Color version). I want to believe this is a mistake, but it seems strange considering I clarified the version I wanted when I initially spoke to CineGearPro. I am waiting for a response from their team and I will leave the original review to be fair to the company... "Great service. The team was quick to respond to my enquiry. They price-matched a product that was on offer elsewhere and the delivery was fast even though the product was currently out of stock."
