I purchased an LED light panel from CVP last month, I needed it for a shoot abroad so contacted them to ask if it will ge delivered in time. They responded almost instantly and did everything they could to ensure I had the product in time. Excellent excellent service! And so happy with the product

They’ve got a new Soho location, a few minutes walk away from the old one. Heads up re. one of the other reviews, Will doesn’t work there anymore.
Two stars off as their website kept saying a product would be in stock in two weeks time and I waited two months for it (and when I emailed they knew it wouldn’t be two weeks). Otherwise everyone working there is perfectly lovely

Bought a Camera from CVP, which has had to go back to the manufacture twice and is still not fixed. CVP were incredibly unhelpful during this situation, and essentially said I shouldn't have bought the camera (which they stock!).

One of the worst suppliers I had to deal it. I bought some item they couldn't deliver and the Operations Director was threatening me, very rude and unhelpful. He told me to leave my paid job to come and collect the item, when I paid for shipping and it never arrived. I wouldn't recommend using them ever. They are worst, rude and abusive staff and managers

Just had a super bad experience with them, really bad costumer service , who is giving out wrong information and don't do what they promise you ...I wouldn't recommend them at all, cancelled my order after almost 2 months of waiting, and went to proav who straight away sorted everything out for me.

N'hésitez pas acheter et vous faire livrer en France , de plus ils acceptent les règlements PayPal et les prix très attractifs.
Demandez le responsable Ivailo pour les francophones , ce type est ultra Pro et connais très bien ses produits . je recommande CVP !
