Great website, thats about the best I can say for CVP. Bought a expensive monitor, needed a repair. Unable to speak to anyone to ask a simple question, had to go though a lengthy process of making the request through their portal where my simple question wasn't answered. When I did get the repair done I was charged for work that wasn't carried out. When asked for a refund I was told that because it wasn't itemised on their invoice they couldn't refund. CVP is too big to care. OK if you don't rely on the gear for work but when these are your work tools you need to be able to speak to someone to enquire about repairs. As for the not carrying work out part it's just theft. For the £80 they had out of me there they just lost the sale of a WCU4 & CineRT

After being initially helpful with a last minute order everything ran late. Communication was unimpressive and I had to visit the Soho store twice just to collect. And then I had to wait 20 minutes for the privilege of paying. Don't think I'll be using these guys again. Friendliness doesn't counteract inability.

I preordered a video camera from CVP, i was paying also extra for the transport to send me the product immediately, in confirmation email they don’t write nothing about the arrival date, i was trying to call, to ask them informations but every day they told me that they don’t have any information, every day! What serios company do this kind of things? Now i cancel my order and i have to wait one week to take my money back to order from another online store! Big disappointment CVP!

DO NOT JUST TURN UP... APPOINTMENTS NEEDED. Not stated on the website that this os the case.
According to a review on the internet, this is a showroom / shop. It is not... It is an office come warehouse. In order to get a demo you need a prior appointment, otherwise you wont be seen. Was looking to get a demo of a Sony camera and pick one up if possible... Got turned away for a demo. They lost business. Having travelled in from Oxfordshire (since I'm down here), Suffice to say I was a little cheesed off. Only thing I picked up was a piece of Zacuto rail that i needed.
