Had to pay around 1.80 per minute (in addition to my own phone charge) to speak to someone then when I got connected (And the charging started) it took over a minute before someone actually started speaking to me...bizarre...then the person who did speak to me didn't seem to understand English well as I had to repeat what I said twice.
