AutoKlean Mobile Valeting

I am battling cancer, have a terminal illness and am disabled, so I cannot clean my own car. Due to covid-19, it was suggested by my medical team that I have my car fully valeted, as the virus can live in fibres and on metal surfaces and it would reduce my risk of catching it. I contacted Auto-Klean and within the hour I had a reply to my online enquiry. Within 2 hours of my initial enquiry, I had been quoted a fantastic price and had my slot booked for a; Mobile, Full Valet Plus, on a small to medium car. I had at least two reminders of my appointment via text and email, as well as the name of employee detailing the car, so I knew exactly who to expect. I got a call the morning of my appointment, stating that they were running ahead of schedule and would it be appropriate for Bart to start on my car an hour earlier. To adhere to the strict social distancing laws, Bart rang my phone when he arrived and my husband connected his extension lead to our mains via a window. Bart wore PPE gear the entire time and did the most thorough and impressive detailing job I’ve ever seen. The car looks brand new & it’s almost 20 years old! Bart then emailed me a secure link for online payment and that was that. Bart cleared the outdoor space where he had been working, was extremely polite, parked his van with complete respect to our neighbours and acted within the new guidelines of the law. I cannot thank Bart and the Auto-Klean Team enough, for their hard work, dedication to their clients and complete professionalism during such a difficult time. Thank you for making my life easier and taking the strain off of my husband (who got a well earned break, whilst the car was detailed). We will 100% booking with Auto-Klean again in the future when the car needs its next thorough clean and I would recommend them to all.
