Usually quiet a pleasure to shop here with a good selection of items. I tried to return an item I bought yesterday which was slightly too big (due to incorrect labelling when purchased yesterday) and was advised of shops return policy which is items cannot be returned if the price tag isn't attached to the item (as I may have worn it I was 'advised'...?) Charming!
The returns policy is not posted anywhere apart from an A4 print out behind the shop assistant's till and waved out. The receipt and price tag for my purchase, albeit not attached to the item - I could not get a refund. I donated the item instead.

This charity shop has had a fabulous fit out and looks stunning inside. Can be a bit low on stock as it so popular so best to pop in regularly.
