I popped in to get windscreen wipers for my car. I spoke to a gentleman called Farid, who was delightful, really helpful and so polite. He explained the price and he would fit them for me there and then. I give Farid 10/10 and 20 stars. Amazing person. Thanks Farid.

Visited the store as was now open to public and able to browse around although I knew what I wanted (well sort of!) but certainly needed guidance and advice. This, I was given by one of the staff who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Considering we are currently in "strange" times, my experience was a good one as I am really not comfortable at the moment in going "shopping" other than the grocery store.

Really poor customer service - as a customer I felt I was distracting staff from their social catch ups. Good stores demonstrate nothing is too much trouble for the customer - here it was ‘everything is too much trouble’ !

If you ever need your bike fixed please go to Halfords Twickenham and ask for John! He just did a few jobs on my bike today and afterwards I couldn't believe my bike could perform so well. You can recognize a guy who loves bikes and he is certainly one of those guys! What's more, his love for bikes seems to extend to his customers - he is a very friendly staff member who provides an outstanding customer experience! He is helpful and very competent - this employee is a real asset to Halfords.

Thank you thank you Halfords at Ivybridge. My daughter needed to cycle to work (key worker) and we received excellent advice from Keiran and Stuart who put a bike together for her. Also thank you to the kind guy with the black beard - always smiling and extra helpful every time to go to Halfords.

I had my original Cd/Radio replaced for a Newer one as my old one kept cutting out and they were able to fit me in straight away and didnt try to get me to buy the most expensive one, simply explained to me the specs and then installed for me. Great customer service from all staff, polite, understanding and eager to please and help. I had a good experience and will go back again.

Customer service in the twickenham branch is poor, questions are answered with hand gestures instead of a verbal response, hostile and non friendly environment.after purchasing my bike I wanted a helmet and a lock I didn’t bother I purchased the wanted items at another company.

I rarely follow up with any online reviews, but my daughter & I had such good service from John at the bicycle section of the Halfords store in Twickenham this morning that I wanted to recognise him individually. My daughter hasn't used her bike for 4 or 5 years, so we took it in for a check. John completed the checks in a quiet clearly competent manner and explained when he needed to make adjustments. Given this evident competence, we were happy to accept his recommendations when we asked about the additional cycling items my daughter needed. Once finished, John offered to carry the bike back downstairs for us umprompted. Also, he did not proactively seek out feedback from us & I was moved enough to ask the process that he would like us to use to give this feedback. Thank you & well done John.

I brought my bike for repair here. I brought it with simple issues , derailer needed adjusting and disc brakes needed calibration, but my main issue (the reason why I brought my bike) was that my back tyre was grinding on the frame when I pedal harder. The guy who was there said that this was an easy fix and that my bike will be ready tomorrow. Well 3 days past and I did not get a call so I phoned them back and found out that my bike was ready. I went to pick it up and as soon as I mounted it and rode it 20 meters I felt that the issue that I brought it in for was still there ????
I immediately went back in and the employee there said that this was not an issue that they can fix unless I buy a new tyre. I paid £30 for "bronze" service which turns out was for nothing. I was explained that I need to deflate the tyre and leave it like that for a day or 2 and then inflate it again and it should be alright. Really ???
Not happy with this as I lost £30 for nothing. Next time maybe don't go in there and look for a professional repair shop
