Gavin was an incredible help! I had paid for a service and brake change. Straight after, the bike was broken again. Gavin totally understood the situation and the feelings of the customer (me) and made sure it was all sorted out for me. Top service, top guy! Manager at Halfords should give the dude a raise! ????

Well,I know that we are in a middle of pandemic but still,I will not visit this store (or any Halfords store in particular)as they excel in being condescending and rude!What's the point of selling the clothes if you can't try them on?And no,not everyone is perfect size and know their "chest measurements etc."You should be able to try the clothes on before buying, otherwise don't sell it then!

It's my local Halfords. I've been to the store couple of times and honestly... JOHN from bikes department has the best skills and customer service ever. He was so so so so crazy busy during quarantine, phones were ringing constantly!!! John Was on his own in the department, running like a headless chicken... And he still managed to give me outstanding customer service and help. Halfords - you have really good employee - respect him please ???? Thanks John ????????

Hi, I’ve been helped on two separate occasions with my bike by a lovely man called John in the bike section. He’s gone out of his way to help me each time, given me the best advice and just been a pleasure to deal with. John is a credit to your business and I’ve very grateful. On top of the fantastic customer service he has provided on both occasions - my bike got stuck in the lift on the way upstairs today and not only did he pick it up to carry it out of the lift, he also carried it back down the stairs for me (it’s a heavy bike). I took my bike wheel to the twickenham branch as I couldn’t install a inner tube. There I was served by Anup, who installed the inner tube for me and taught me how to do it as well. This was all done in less than 5 mins. Top service Anup!

This rating reflects the service from the Twickenham store rather than Halfords overall... I placed an order online for a bike to click and collect from Twickenham, despite calls to central customer service chasing for a collection date it never updated as ready for collection. Contacted the store directly and they found out the bike was lost in the system somewhere and no longer available nationwide. Ravi from the store then asked me to leave it with him to sort out a solution for an alternative bike, despite a massive stock shortage across the country he eventually found me the same model, it took over a week to sort but he kept me informed throughout. Bike was assembled to high quality in store by Steve who fitted accessories when we collected. Great service to sort out what was a poor situation, these guys are a credit to their company.

I got a call from a chap named Martin to say my wheel was ready, spoke replaced and truing of the wheel. Martin was pleasant on the phone. A few minutes later, he called me to say he saw a hole in the tyre and was willing to replace the tyre if I want it, so basically going the extra mile, thinking forward, not just was he was meant to do. I think he is the mechanic, because when I went tonight, his colleague at the reception went to call him at the back in the workshop. Great job from Martin! He even removed that piece of metal inside the rim that was making an annoying sound. And all that for only £20. I don't need another bike but if I did, I would consider buying it there.

Halfords are good and helpful in Twickenham. The only thing is that cycle shop upstairs is not full and empty with equipment as they used to. But I do understand a bit, under all the stores with the Virus outbreak and manufacturing is slow. Keep up with the good work Halfords.

Service was good. Stock levels nearly empty. I paid for inner tubes via click & collect to find it was not in stock. Staff member was useful in identifying an alternative. There were no bikes 5 August.

My partner and I were looking for a car seat. (Iso fix) We was looking at all different types. A lady on the till was very close to us and we were disappointed with the display. Most of the lables of the product wasn't there to state the product. The lady next to us didn't even seem too bothered to see if we were okay. The products looks dirty or used. We also saw other members of staff just walking around. Wasn't too impressed

Absolutely not worth to pay almost 1.5 times the cost of the parts to be fitted! I’d be better off buying them at other stores where they offer reduced prices for fitting if the part is bought in the store! I’m certainly not putting foot in this store ever again.

I am always careful about going public with negative service, but I really cannot find anything good to be said about this place, and I've had more than one bad experience. The staff are some of the rudest, most unhelpful people there are. Customer service means nothing and they certainly have no inclination towards helping anyone. I have a disability, which means I cannot do all the things I would like, and that means changing car light bulbs. I asked for some help, and was more than prepared to pay for the service, but was refused. No reason why, but just refused. This was a few weeks ago. Two weeks later I had a fuel coolant issue and as I had no idea what it was, went there to ask for help. Again, totally refused any assistance. I would not step foot in the place again, nor would I recommend anyone to go there either. I cannot give any star rating, as this establishment deserves none whatsoever!

After being told I needed a whole wheel replacement at Moore's Cycles due to a broken spoke which would set me back 120 pounds minimum, i looked to Halfords for an affordable hybrid wheel. They instead fixed the 'unsaveable' spoke promptly and it is as good as new for under 30 pounds. I will now trust them 100% with any future fixes.
