Sarcastic, patronising and rude receptionist. Unprofessional and unwilling to help doctor. The people who work here obviously get off on being horrible to people. Only come here if it is the last last last resort because you'll just end up waiting two hours only to be told you've come to the wrong place or that they won't do anything for you.

My wife was having lots o pain! When waited 2 hours to see someone there, when it finally was her turn, the doctor said oh its a vírus! She has to take paracetamol, Then I told him she is already taking paracetamol, and is not helping! The ”doctor” says this “She have to take the pain then, just suck it up” you will get nothing stronger than paracetamol.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. When I finally did, after almost 2 weeks, the nurse was 20 minutes late despite me having the first appointment of the day. When I got in she was rude and couldn't help me and couldn't even provide advice or an alternative solution.

Pleasant experience today as a walk in patient as I got sick on vacation.,.my health insurance isn't valid there ..sure you have to wait .. be patient .. the doctors reassured me and addressed my concerns .. and also the reception gals were very nice ..overall a great experience ..

A shambles of a GP practice. Almost entirely staffed by locums, so no GPs that care about your long terms health, just about getting you in and out. Apparently took 5 days to sort out a referral, only to find that they'd never actually sent it! Don't use them as a GP - find someone else.

Woefully bad surgery. I called at 8.10 for an appointment, was told I couldn't, but a doctor would ring at 9.50. I pick up my phone five minutes earlier (bearing in mind I work in an office where I can't carry my phone at all times) to find out they already phoned. I ring the surgery back and I'm told they can ring me back within half an hour (while I'm in lunch). No call. I ring a third time to be told I can have an appointment the next day. I arrive at the surgery 10 minutes early and sit for an hour. I ask after this time how much longer I'll wait only to be told that I didn't tell them I was here (I did). Now waiting for a phone appointment tomorrow. A phone appointment??? After two days of me chasing them and getting nowhere. Absolute joke. No sympathy, no recognition of the mistakes they have made. Atrocious.
