branch contact number always goes straight to voicemail
is anyone even there? I would love an update. Called EE customer service - cant help no record of this on file, they also cant get through to the branch??

Fantastic Service! I have visited your Sale branch a few times in the last year for various reasons & problems, I recently visited to upgrade my phone. I really wanted to name Jack, Jason and Rav as apart of your team in recognising what great staff member's you have. You all are an asset to the company. You were all polite & friendly. Wife was miss sold an upgrade for a phone (came out with the same phone and a tablet) although the contract stated 14 days exchange the manager at this shop wouldn’t budge. Sorted issue by going direct to EE. Be careful when going to this outlet, they ignore the terms of the contract you sign.
