I have only always had great service at this branch and have been a customer for two years.
Today I had to go in as an error had been made by a member of staff, and it was dealt with in time and effectively.
What always stands out for is the friendliness of the staff. It doesnt matter who serves me, I always feel valued.

Ignored by all staff in the shop today 16/04/19. Had a look around for about 3-4 minutes and was hoping for some help but they were more interested in standing out the back of the shop away from customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... CONSTANT ISSUES, INCORRECT BILLS, NO SERVICE, NO INTERNET NO RECEPTION NOBODY CARES. WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER FIND ANYWHERE. PROMISE YOU THE WORLD WHEN SELLING BUT ONCE THEY GOT YOU THAT'S THE END OF IT. I WAS THREATENED BY A PREVIOUS MEMBER OF STAFF IN STORE FOR REFUSING TO LEAVE DUE TO NOTHING BEING RESOLVED DESPITE MAKING 48 CALLS TO VODAFONE AND BEING PROMISED THE WORLD.. STAY WELL AWAY
