Brilliant service! I went in to get my phone upgraded and I was served by HARLEY was given the BEST service out of any phone shop ive been to. She talked me through the various tariffs and plans for me to pick and convinced me to insure my phone. At the end I was very satisfied with my contract and phone. I was also helped by AIMEE who helped me apply the screen protector on my phone. Highly Recommend this shop to get your phone upgraded!

We were very disappointed when we visited Hayward heath store, not only was the assistant poorly dressed with ripped jeans she treated us like we were stupid. We may not be as good with phones & technology as she is & we left the store no better off than when we went in!!
