Went there to get windows tinted, quoted &150 for back and sides, asked for the legal limit on the front windows which is 70% light let in. Later got pulled by police and told they let 16% light in. Fined on the spot and a formal warning, all because I trusted these people to actually do the legal limit. When I phoned and asked why they made them so dark they said “ we always tell the customer this on the day and we do what they want to make them happy” so they’re giving customers illegal services to “make them happy” and get their money. Not worth the hassle at this place trust me they will do you over and not take accountability for it. I even have screen shots of the messages where he never told me once that it was illegal, just that it’s £150 for back and sides. Do yourself a favour and don’t trust them, it will come back to haunt you later!

After being recommended this place I went in with my CLS and had an awful experience. Went back to them and they gave me an air freshener as an excuse ! The company is an absolute joke , they don’t use quality tint and they lack in customer service. If you care about your money , AVOID !

Took my car here today for Window Tints. Quick and professional. Ended up getting some number plates too. Only criticism is to have some sort of waiting area instead of being stood the whole time waiting for my car to be done. And maybe a hot drink

Avoid this company at all costs . My experience was awful. I have done the full tint a while back with the impression from the owner that the front tinted windows legally will at be 35% which When tested failed in front with the tint being 24.7%. Went back to take them off which he should of for free because he made a mistake and the owner had audacity to ask for £20 for removal ????????????. If I’d have been stoped by police that would be 3 points of my license.
Please avoid this store it’s not worth your license and time.

Professional tints with friendly service. I’ve been using Impact for the past 10 years and hands down have never even considered tinting with anybody else. Price may be just a shade more expensive than other places but for piece of mind and quality of service worth every penny. Impact - just a word of advise please don’t refer customers to Eagle Tyres in Harlesden.

Reg the team are fantastic. Patient and reasonable, their prices are fair and they go an extremely good job. I have had windows tinted twice, extremely short wait times with a top quality finish. I have been three times since, to get other small bits and bobs done. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend impact for customisations. I will return to have my car wrapped!

Today once again the Impact Team have absolutely done an amazing job on my car and windows. I have only ever used Impact to tint my windows and today I got the Crome wrapped gloss black as well. I am over the moon with the job they did and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are friendly, polite, get on with the job and it’s great value for money. This is the forth car I have had done here and would never go anywhere else.

Called to do my car and was told to come a couple of days later. Drove 2 hours to get there on the day they told me to go and when I get there they said they are unable to do it as they were busy. I told a member of staff there that I was told to come that day and he wasn’t interested. Unprofessional and need customer service training on how to deal with customers.

I went to Impact for tinting my windows on my Mercedes. Very happy with the result. No bubbles on my windows and it looks just great. Very good quality.
They do also parking sensors, selling and fixing as well. The electrician that is dealing with that is very good.
I would definitely recommend them for both windows tinting and parking sensors. Very good prices as well and truly professionals.

Booked in for a window tint and let them know I needed earlier than time they had available and they managed to fulfill my request for a earlier time and started working on the car more a less straight away, car was fully tinted in less than a hour 5star service amazing can’t believe it I thought I would be waiting around for a few hours atleast. I called Impact Window Tinting 10/10/19 spoke to a very helpful gent called Regi, I needed the bonnet decals replaced on my VW Polo, he told me to come in the next day, I turned up I was warm and welcomed, all the guys were friendly, they got on with it straight away, they even had the decals were exactly the same as VW only they wanted £400.00, Regi and his team did it for £40.00 I was blown away by the the service I received, cannot thank you enough Regi ???? highly recommend Impact Window Tinting ????

I went there to remove my music system and camera(back side) because of I fitted this systems here three years ago, on that time the owner was a nice man and professional but now new owner bought this (I think) ,this man is only for money here ,he asked me £50:00 before and after that when I paid by card he charged me £60:00 without asking me a single word as a robber, when I questioned him he replied to me that he is giving VAT to GOV. Which is totally senseless reply, this owner is robbing money from customers.I am very upset going there,please don’t go there ,there are so many shops nearby which give high standards of services.

Went into Impact to get a price on tinting my smart car and spoke to a gentleman called Uri who was very helpful and honest. He gave me the best price possible for the car and even done the work there and then with minimal waiting time.
I have to say all the staff was 1st class and very friendly, the shop was very busy and the customer service was amazing.
