I can not praise the work carried out by him highly enough.They did more than I asked them to do but most importantly the Finnish to the body is incredible, with all of the swirls and light scratches gone. Great experience. Jack is extremely professional and do detailing to a really high level. The cost is reasonable relative to the time and effort he puts in. My Jaguar looks brilliant, all swirl marks, minor scratches and blemishes are gone, and he touched up all the paint chips on the front end and around the car. Jack is very pleasant to deal with, the garage is really clean and its nice to feel you're dealing with an enthusiast. He gave me a few good tips and even gave me samples of a few products to take away. Highly recommend.

Brought the car there for a 2 stage polishing, I left the car there before closing, I got a call next morning the job was almost complete, I didn’t know then, now I know 2 stage polishing on bmw X require over 16hours of work, he call me after no more then 7/8 hours of work, charged me with 450£ there are polish residue all over the car, under the mirrors, in the doors lines, in the handle for the boot, didn’t even polish behind the main handles, I have plastics under the windshield where can’t get rid of this little white polish spots, Car looked ok when collected but I was not expert, I have been contacting and meeting more experts in the field before leaving this review, I took me about 4 months before I writing these words. I’m sorry but experts says he did a basic polishing where other people charge between 150/250£

I found Shine Factory via researching google reviews and pictures. And I price compared against other garages and specialists in alloy repairs etc... and I can honestly say I’m So impressed with quality of the repairs and detailing of my car Vauxhall corsa 66 plate! It’s like a brand new car!
I had long key scratches on two panels damaged paintwork on rear and mirror and these have all been repainted to colour match my car exactly! Also had driver door polished and scratches are gone! All alloys have been refurbished after bad kurb damage and repainted in powder coating black high gloss factory finished! And also had interior ozone treatment and cleanse which has completely removed a build up of 4 years worth of dirt, dog hair, makeup stains and cigarette smoke stains! And also had air con serviced and cabin filter changed as-well.
Jacek has been fantastic to work with, communication is brilliant and he has sent updates of progress along the way. He is competitively priced and provided warranty on all works carried out.
I am so happy that I was able to carry all repairs out in one place with such a fast turnaround (3 1/2 days) Car looks & smells amazing! Thank you for such a stress free experience!
