My good experience turned bad really fast. I got my car trims wrapped. front grill fitted and later went back for the rear diffuser.
In the first day to weeks the parking sensors started going off. They still go off. I took it back twice but still it is not resolved. I eventually got told there is nothing they can do. The wrap from the window trim came off (They did however fix this and is good so far) but for the wrap to come off in like 2 weeks.
I got a rear diffuser from Maxton Grill and told them to fit it on. They took of the film on the wrap first then realised that my car has the boot kick sensor in my original diffuser which they didn't know how to fit. They told me to remove the boot kick sensor (which I said no I didn't want that). They put on the old diffuser and I came back spoke to Maxton Grill who said they cannot refund because the thin film that protects the diffuser has been taken off.
I call Alex at car tuning and tell him what has happened and how his collegue shouldn't have removed the film from the diffuser before knowing if it will fit. He responds with 'I want you to know that I didn't charge you for the diffuser fitment'..errmmm?? what fitment you just put the old one back in (literally took 1 min to clip back and put in 2 screws) and it was the old diffuser. I am not going to remove my original boot kick sensor. The new diffuser was not even installed. Anyways he didn't admit he is at fault for removing the film and said that they need to see the product to see if it will fit. How can you say you need to take off the film that literally protects the diffuser, you can see if it will fit without taking that off. It is just a film that hugs the part. These guys are meant to be professionals.
I am out of pocket £134 for the diffuser and £100 I paid for the grill fitment which messed up the parking sensors. This was my experience and annoyed at the lack of professionalism and customer care. More annoyed about them making excuses and not taking responsibility like a proper business.

Cowboys, I trusted them time and time again to do a good job as they seemed like nice guys, but their work is dreadful, wiring my stereo to the lights, putting the wrap on using superglue so when removed it stripped the paint, everything was amateur. There are so many other GOOD places in London to get work on your car this is NOT one of them!!!!

I had my car tinted by Alex and his team. If you want your car tinted profesionaly and want a thorough job done as it should be, then this is definitely the place to go. They even use tracksuit bottoms as to not damage your car when they are pressing up against it. That’s consideration for your pride and joy that you don’t see in many places.
