I went to register my Civil partners death today, so as you can imagine I was a bit wobbly. I was dealt with by an older chap called Bill. He was cold, unsympathetic and made no conversation at all to put me at ease. At no point did he offer his condolences either. I was deeply upset when I returned home. I hope that if he ever loses a loved one that he is treated with more dignity and respect than he showed me.

firstly they should take more time for bride and groom.instead of pushing them in to a waiting room thats like a doctors surgery.give the photographer time to set up before the bride and groom enters.also let the family in first.so they can greet the couple on there way in to be married.and let the family out first.so a corridor of family can greet them has they leave the building.instead of rushing the bride and groom in then out of the place.from what i see.the registrar is more concerned in making money marrying folk fast has they can.i found the registrar venue to be very poor.in taking the time and even setting the room up for couples getting married.i highly recommend other couples find a better registrar to get married in.because this one is very poor
