Great professional service and really good informed advice from a knowledgeable, enthusiastic engineer.
This guy listened and understood our requirements, then recommended, supplied and fitted the ideal car stereo and speakers to our sons VW Polo, even giving us a slightly upgraded version from the original recommended spec at no extra charge when he was unable to source exactly what he had proposed.
Fitting workmanship was excellent and prompt.
all in all, faultless.

Eleven years on from having a modern system put into my classic car and I still wake up to a flat battery or if I remember to unplug the radio to aboard that I still can’t hear it over 60mph anyway! Grrrrr!

Had the factory stereo in my car upgraded earlier this year and it’s completely transformed the system and sounds brilliant. The guys really know what they are doing and only fit quality kit. Cant fault their advice or service so really recommend!

Very disappointing place. They charged me a lot of money to fit a Bluetooth /dab and hard wired dash cam kit. I even supplied some bits and the thing has never worked! I have tried calling them and even been down there twice but there is no one there!! Shocking customer service.

Booked my car for las Wednesday 21st August 11:00am for some work on my parcel shelf £52.00, arrived there 10:50am and waited till 11:30am and Dan didn't turned up! I called him many times, didn't answered. I was so upset, he wasted my morning and my petrol . He should of let me know if he couldn't make my appoiment, bad customer service and unprofessional. The bussines next door told me he was unreliable. So guys don't bother and waste your time.

(Old review) Very impressed, I had a small issue which the owner kindly chased and made sure was rectified, can't say about the services offered as I have not used them yet, but the customer service was excellent.

Changed over CD changer for my Range Rover. Helped with unit advice and went the extra mile to keep costs as low as possible. Also was extremely helpful giving me tips on major electrical issues with the L322. Trustworthy business and one I will use again.

Ordered a part due in within 3 weeks, 6 weeks goes past - NO CALL!
I call - it came in first thing yesterday! phone back the next day and speak to someone who goes on to ask “wait so it’s not booked in yet? - sorry mate Will is always doing that” “He then says come by after work on Tuesday and I will stay late for you and we will get this done” ON MY WAY!!! And I get a call to saying he can’t stay behind and would have to rebook! I ask to rebook for the weekend and am told they have no spaces for me! At this point I have forked out £105 and have been made to wait for 2 months and messed about for nothing. finally get to see them WRONG WIRE! the next day and the other guy answers - its only half of what I need, also need an adaptor, They don’t apologise to me, he just says Will should have known that. He blames you A LOT Will - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

poor.. fitted alarm took 3 days and then had to go back .lock smith would not fit dead locks until paid by them alarm not fitted proper have given up . parts missing they don't now what there doing .poor poor

I recently got my car back just over a week ago to have fitted a 2 din head unit firstly thay had my car for 4 1/2 weeks thay fitted a different unit then we discussed then realised when i got home my radio / usb lead didn't work the head unit was in demo mode thay didn't even put my heated seat panel back because thay didn't know my car had them and the cover the head unit was scratch and thay didn't even fit the unit probably because when sitting in car without doing anything the unit fell down I don't know if I want to cry or lol

Very disappointing
Get to the shop 15.05 to buy some speakers for my car, shop is shut .
Rang the number for the store , guy answers in polite manner, I asked if they were open he says he was on his lunch break , I thought that's ok I can wait no pressure.
I ask how long have u left on break , 10mins I'm told . I go to a local shop to buy some food and come back 10mins as told .
I get back thinking the shop will be open soon, again no pressure I can wait .
30 mins passes , no sign of opening .
I ring again saying I'd like to buy some speakers , the guy says he waited for 30mins for me then had to pop out , I ask him how long he's gonna be , he says 20 mins .
My patience is running thin , I again wait now it's 35mins gone .
Well after lying to me twice and wasting my time staring at a closed shop, I had enough and went elsewhere to give my hard earned cash .
I don't normally write bad reviews but when wasting people's time this Is not acceptable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY SHOP. Ordered speakers from them, two weeks later, still no phone call from them after numerous phone calls to them asking when I would be receiving them. They charged me double the price than they were selling for on other websites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Compulsive liars and downright rude staff.
