Buyer Beware,
There customer service is appalling, I took my laptop into there store and was told it would take two hours to test it and they would then ring me back, after five hours I was told it is almost ready and they will ring me in half an hour, two days and seven telephone calls later I went to the store on Queens Road at 1pm and my laptop wasn't finished and the technician was still in bed and I took my laptop back.
Don't deal with these people its the worst laptop store in Brighton they just tell to many lies.

Took my Mac in after pouring a pint of water over it. Thought it was a goner but they managed to fix it with two days just before christmas.
BRILLIANT SERVICE from the team
Even fixed my iPhones charging problem for free while I booked in my laptop.
Great value for money and would highly recommend, thanks guys.
Ohhh and my track pad has just started working too. =D

For me it was perfect because I was served by engeneers and they told me when I was there the fault on my laptop but left clearly that they had to do a diagnoses first. They call me before do the service and told me about the problems and prices they had to charge, for me was great once I was a student and had a discount :) Staff is great, location too, service perfect.

had a problem with my carger whent to caris they didn't know the problem whent here problem solved in 5 min the charger i had was 4.74A my laptop recuired a 6.15A

I took my iphone 4 to the apple shop and was told that it was irrepairable and needed to buy a new one.
I brought it to the laptop doctor and he had it working again within an hour and only charged me £40.
Very good service. I would highly reccommend.

They claimed to have the solution to a problem so I bought the suggested item - it didn't do as I wanted and had explained to them in great detail. I went back, they said they will not accept returns and then tried to say that I hadn't explained it, then when they realised I had, pulled a stunt that fooled me in the shop to make me think the equipment was ok for my need. I went home and realised they'd fooled me and emailed the company who explained how to use it - basically it was no good to me. But I knew that going back to the shop to try and talk to an arrogant and bad-mannered shop assistant would be a waste of time. What a waste of money (nearly £40)!

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff are unbelievable rude, always greeting me with a snigger whenever I go in. They took £75 from me over a year ago and refuse to refund me or give me the part I bought. This company is disgusting.

Terrible service, rude staff and tried to replace my keyboard with a cheap knock off which broke a day later, when I posted about this on social media they then proceed to come into my place of work and threaten me to take it down. It was very intimidating as a women having a man get so angry at me in front of my colleagues
