Excellent service that made my day. The staff were professional and accommodated all my needs as well as made my old car look brand new. If you're looking for value for money then this little car wash nestled in the Tesco's car park is the place for you. Great service, great management and a great result.

Until recently this was a good carwash. Now the two foreign boys don't prepare the car prior to the automated wash. They don't scrub the wheels or manually wash the front and rear of the car as the previous operators did. There is little point to them being there other than to collect payment.

This is my go-to car wash so, after putting it off for a few weeks, i decided to go get my car washed earlier today and I am so happy with the results. I was quite surprised to see other reviews complaining about the lack of jet wash, to be honest I was surprised too but when I asked they explained it was due to Covid, they couldn't offer all of their services. I'm just happy they're open!. Anyway, as always I was very happy with the car wash; staff a professional and kind, the new manager was super friendly and I will try to get my car washed more often (rather than just once a month!)

I would normally be giving this car wash a 5* as have always had a great service and experience. Normally before the car goes through the car wash the alloys and wheels get sprayed down and the front, back and sides of the car get washed down. On this occasion this didn't happen at all the car just went straight through and none of the above happened. This was also being done on the cars before and after. Very disappointed and hope this doesn't happen again.

I was not happy the last two visits car not clean and the staff rude ,I asked for imo customer number the man was very abrupt and aggressive I ended up arguing with him because I have gone to this car wash in littlehampton car wash for 3 years ,the old staff polite could not do enough. I will not be going back there again because one oc the men who scrubbed the front of my car with a broom scratch my car I heard it band no happy. The staff need better training.

So where have the lovely lads gone that ran this business so well for last few years !! Bognor apparently and so will I.... Have used this car wash at least once a month in normal times and was gutted by the service today ... asked for £5 wash ( including a prewash) ... paid ... then told.no prewash... came out with bird poo still on bonnet and windscreen... why did guys charge that when I could have paid £3.99 if told !!! RIP OFF @!!!

Paid £13.50 for the ultra wash but there was no proper pre wash. Staff didn't appear to know how to operate the machinery so we were sat waiting as they shouted at each other. They insisted on speaking through my car window with masks under their chins. My car was still dirty after the wash and the wheels are filthy. Have used for years and never had any problems before, will go elsewhere in future.

Car wash - after 100’s of great car washes over the years Tesco have new contractors, for car cleaning, no jet washing the car (attended car wash?) before going through the wash, leaving my car with very dirty wheels,
(Don’t make excuses about not safe in these times)
Having used this car wash for many years, getting petrol at the same time, I will have to find another local car wash now (recommendations please)
Tesco are the host and responsible, they have given this new contract.
Tesco customers after shopping and buying fuel, will not get the excellent car cleaning service they had previously.

I used littlehampton car wash. Paid £10 for a wash. I noticed change of staff. The old staff were great and pre wash was really thorough.
Despite paying for a £10 wash my car was still partially dirty, rushed pre wash . Not happy and wont be using again.

Just want to make you aware the boys that are currently employed are not doing a very good job. I have used this site previously many times and I always got a good pre wash the where’s the front , back , sides it now they just rush it through with a minimal dab of the broom on the back
This has nothing to do with covid as I saw three of them with no masks so that obviously isn’t bothering them
The staffing has changed and they are just not polite and dont care
They could see they had a que and was only interested in getting as many through as possible
Terrible service and a waste of £10
I will never use this car was again and I’m sure there will be others who say the same

Funny no attendant washing the car but he can wash the rear windscreen how does that work.
Still charged for attendant wash even though I didnt get it.
Staff rude especially easten European guy who swears in his language.
Not at all pleasant.
Cannot wait for the private car wash to re open.

Don't take a dirty car here as they are unable to clean it properly and refuse to address the issue. Apparently washing my car properly would remove paintwork. Waste of £13.

Not good at all, my son paid £13 for top of the range wash and when finished vehicle was still marked with bird droppings !!
Can’t see the difference between their basic wash and the so called top of the range wash.
I could have done a better job with a bucket and a sponge !!!

Good value car wash with various levels off wash available, the most expensive being £13 (Pro shield HD) ... as at 2018.
This car wash pulls you through on a conveyor. The "brushes" are not harsh bristles so don't leave micro-scratches and the paintwork. Obviously still not as good as hand washing but better than the average car wash

Awful, asked for a valet and made a point about the ANPR cameras as they requested me to leave the car with them for longer than than 3 hours.
Bit pedantic but thought I’d rather be safe, anyhow I brought the car in, had the valet, even left a tip!
3 weeks later my company get a letter saying I’ve received a parking fine from Tesco littlehampton for overstaying the three hours, despite specifically bringing this up with them.
Called Tesco manager said I’m one of 4 this month.
Absolute bone idol people down here, don’t give them your money, they would rather some extra brain cells.
