Consistently great service at this car wash.
I get the car cleaned inside and out and they do a fantastic job. (I'm particularly fussy when it comes to cleaning)
The staff are also friendly and professional.

They are really great,I have used them for such a long time.Car done inside and out and I have 2 dogs I take up the downloads so my car gets very dirty, always an excellent job and I really mean that.

Have always previously found this same crew incredibly friendly and efficient doing the most fabulous job even on my incredibly 'doggy' car. Our experience today was the worst I have experienced. I don't like to write negative reviews but the boss man today was incredibly rude and aggressively informed us that he would charge us more next time because the outside of the car was filthy. It made me not want to go back having had to loiter for 2 hours in any event by this point. Please bear in mind the boot was full so did not need doing and the inside was clean.

Yay finally the reviewing is now working. This car wash is brilliant. I have grown fed up of taking my car to cheaper places and them doing a half decent job. This team of workers spent ages on it and did a really really good job. I wanted to write a review a week ago but it wasn’t loading. Thank you guys excellent service.

I visited today for the first time, needing a complete valet and thorough clean inside and outside. It needed extra work done particularly algae growth around windows and some seat stains. We agreed a price and I was very pleased to be able to get the job done same day despite arriving at 3pm. The car now looks like showroom condition and Armin is the man to thank with his team. I recommend them to anyone who wants the same kind of work done.

Great clean, but be careful if you have downloaded the Waves app beforehand. There could be confusion about the size of your car when it comes to paying. I phoned to ask if they had any availability, along with giving them the make of the car. They confirmed on the phone it was 'medium' class and with the platinum valet price, it would be £45 normally but with the £10 off car wash voucher from Tesco, it was £35.
It is a great price but the car wash owner made me feel bad and made a big fuss about the loss of £10. On the app it would've been classed as a large, with the price starting at £55 and with the voucher, it is £45.
When you register your vehicle on the app, it's not obvious what size it is initially.
Customer service could've been better with a better explanation when paying and not being misled by what it says on the app.

Number 1 choice for car washes in Worthing. Currently driving an RS6 PE and in my opinion they wash it as good as a stage 1 detailers.
Always use new cloths and pay special attention not to introduce scratches into the wash. Previously have taken my RS6, RS5 and RS3. For a every day reasonably priced car wash I wouldn’t recommended anywhere else in the area.

Took my car in for a wash and wax, had money and chewing gum taken from my car, just behind the rear wheels there was still mud on the car and wax hadn’t been rubbed in properly leaving a residue in parts. Absolutely terrible, waste of money!

Despite my car not being listed the guy made a point of saying that he would charge my car as a medium. I left the car after agreeing price for gold medium. We went into the store and came back about am hour or so later. My son and me noticed that various areas hadn't been cleaned.

Fantastic job they did, I had a massive amount of what appeared to be chemical spray on the side of my car and they went above and beyond trying to make sure they could get if off! Absolutely fantastic, friendly and cheap service! Will 100% use them again!

ZERO stars! I used to go to these guys a lot because they USED TO BE GOOD! Recently they have been getting extremely cocky and rude. I don't know if this is because they have been getting popular recently and don't feel the need to be polite to customers anymore or what but the attitude sucks. Never again for me. Last wash scratched my car. The guy says look what happens if I try to take bird poo off and then proceeded to wipe the bird poo. Scratched it in front of my very eyes. I found an amazing place costing only £1 more and closer to me. And WOW I've had the most amazing wheel clean EVER from the new place. Sod this lot.

Opted for a "silver option". Vacuum was bad and so was the bodywork wash. The tyres still had a mud on them and smudges from my childrens hands were still visible on the windows inside, indicating the lack of attention to detail. I am going to be looking for a different car wash next time.

Paid the gold service for my car. The boys left a lot of dirt inside on the doorsill and on the wing mirrors. The hoovering is not even close to perfect. They are not as good as they were before.I`ve learned my lesson, not going back again.

Very badly treated today. The price of the car wash suddenly jumped up a level even though i haven't changed cars since my last service. The prices on the board were still the same but apparently my car is now bigger than last time!!! The owner swore abuse at me and took my keys until i paid the additioan £3. Utterly disgusted with the staff leader there. Will not be using them again.

ZERO star rating ! Had to click 1 Star to get this posted only - RUDE, COCKY Manager treated me with complete CONTEMPT ! ??. My car was done VERY BADLY, yet very EXPENSIVE ( Charged £20 for VERY poor EXTERIOR wash only on a Ford Galaxy ! ) I watched the whole thing for an hour and my conclusion was this: The very nasty foreign man who seemed to be the boss was taking EVERY CAR without any possibilty of his very small number of foreign grossly OVERWORKED team of cleaners being able to cope AND do a proper job with sheer number of cars to work on. This is pure & simple SLAVE LABOUR GREED with no consideration for the staff's Health & Safety & PAYING customers. Will never go there again !

Terrible. Not only were they rude but somehow managed to break back passenger window. When I asked what had happened I was told 'I'm sure it's not actually broken, it will be fine' ... 3 days later window still broken ! Added to that inside of car not clean
